Great place to stay ….. staff very attentive ….. food ok ….. drinks a bit pricey ….. but that’s the south of England for you !!!! 😃😃😃😃

the stay was very pleasant, with the room being spacious enough for 2 in a twin room. The beds were comfy, however there wasn't AC in the room, which made it quite stuffy and very warm, there were 2 upright fans in the room but were quite noisy to have on all night. Also, the carpet floor, especially under the edge of the beds was very grubby, with toe nail clippings still on the floor from presumably another guest. Outside of this, the hotel itself is very nice, the gym & swim facilities are very good, especially the pool & steam room, the changing area is also very clean and tidy.

My stay here on a recent business trip was excellent value for money. I paid a little extra for a club room so I could use the gym facilities which was well stocked and clean. I had a decent meal the night before (nourish bowl), although the bar was slightly noisy it was still laid back and service was good. Breakfast was good quality with plenty on offer, I had a small cooked breakfast and a yoghurt with fruit. The room was clean, tidy with a good shower and a good quality bed. Despite my room being directly located off the staircore I had a good nights sleep with no noise projecting from above/below or via the corridor. The bed was comfortable with a medium mattress and pillows. Overall a very good stay especially for the money and all topped off with a Starbucks to go in the morning.
