The location was good for where we wanted to be. The signage outside the property is terrible, we drove right past because there is only a sign with a logo on the roadside - fine if it was a well known chain like premier inn, but it isn’t! The building itself looks a bit unwelcoming. We were greeted by a man whose English was very poor, but he seemed nice enough. We were shown to our room, up a very narrow, steep staircase. We booked a deluxe double, but I’d class it as a ‘compact’ double at best. The room was tiny and the bathroom was really tiny. The room was boiling hot, but thankfully a fan was provided. The facilities in the room are basic, and there is no drinking water - a sticker above the bathroom tap says ‘Not Drinking Water’. Luckily we had a bottle of water with us. The bed was comfortable enough, but we only had one bedside light. There are extension leads in the room as there’s a serious lack of plug sockets - probably why we only had one bedside light! The TV is the smallest TV I’ve seen in a long time - more like a PC monitor. The bathroom was ok, albeit very, very small and in need of a bit of work. The shower is very noisy and a little temperamental, but it did the job. There are no options for food on site. Would I stay here again - probably not, unless the price was under £50 a night

It’s ok for a short stay it is clean and altho most amenities were present I was quite shocked to see that the water in bathroom was not drinkable (why is this?) so there was a kettle in room but couldn’t use it as couldn’t use the water???? Altho there was a water dispenser downstairs I didn’t really fancie getting dressed taking the kettle downstairs to fill up to carry it upstairs again so that bit is very strange that in this day and age in the UK I couldn’t get any drinking water in the room so brushing my teeth was a challenge aswel luckily I had a bottle of water with me that I then used Also I’m 5ft 4 and just about fitted length wise in bed if your 6ft something I thing that would have been a problem The bedding was clean no complaint there so my two night stay was okay If for work purpose I would stay again but now knowing the water situation would bring my bottled water as for the area it is valuable for money for a short stay

enjoyed our stay. Parking was very simple. Staff member let us in, gave us our keys and directed us to our room. Showed us where we could use a fridge and microwave if we needed. Room was clean and light. The handle to our bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t shut it from the inside. No very nice if someone uses the loo. Cups smelt a little so had to clean them. Besides that we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wi-fi and smart Tv a bonus. Very good price and would stay again.

Room in dire need of restoration and redecoration. Do NOT show photos of a restaurant when you do not serve diner or breakfast. This is misleading and should not be allowed.

Stayed in 21 and had no hot water bed was horrid No drinking water

The room was nice and clean and the 2 gents on reception were great.

Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think they could of just changed the room for free . The room was very warm ,smelt damp was clean enough shower was clean but no shower mat so very slippery an dangerous towels were clean but like wiping yourself dry it was like using sandpaper . Room to hot to sleeping couldn’t turn it off bed very hard only one flat pillow each

Plus points. Okay for a one night stay if you need to be somewhere early. Minus points. Hotel does not serve food. Blood on the sheet from previous use. Serious yick factor. Single glazed crittal windows with awful condensation and black mold all around the base and covered up with a blackout blind. Which I guess they placed in the hopes of nobody looking behind it. Rotten wood around flooring where the shower is and into bedroom. I took photos in order to show the hotel but when I went to check out there was nobody there. So I had to post the key through the letter box. So much for 24 hour staffing.

I stayed for one night at OYO Watton Vibe Hotel and it ticked every box. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, and the room was warm on arrival, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the bonus of a fan and the ample wardrobe space. The location is great for exploring North Norfolk, and I would have no hesitation staying longer next time. The staff were friendly and prompt, and overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Nicely secluded and well set up – highly recommended.

I opted for the single room that was very nice but cold ( the heating was on) would be ideal in the summer

Did not enjoy the stay

Completely deserted - google maps said permanently closed. I had to check it was open. On arrival I had to call a mobile number posted on the front door for someone to let me in. The rooms themselves are ok, the hotel had been refurbished but does not look used. Other than rooms nothing is functional, kitchen, bar etc. The room was in a converted stable type block, with something scurrying around in the roof space intermittently! No drinking water (taps), the pressure of the water both hot and cold was a dribble to say the least. I didn’t chance the shower. Luckily I was only staying for one night. Sadly I would not recommend this place to stay.
