Nice and cozy hotel, service was really helpful, they have laundry room which is convenient for us traveler staying more than 5 nights.

飯店的每個職員都很親切，很願意協助我們入住時所需的任何事情。房間大小也很不錯，冰箱夠大夠冷。

While there was an initial unforeseen issue with the shower head coming off and the smoke detector malfunctioning, the staff was immediately on top of fixing the issue and then promptly moving us to another room as well as sending food, drinks and a credit applied for the inconvenience. One couldn’t ask for more and very pleased. Thx again

Nos ha sorprendido la habitacion, estan todos los detalles muy bien cuidados. La limpieza es buena, amabilidad en recepcion y las instalaciones muy nuevas. Tiene mini cocina y todas las comodidades de un mini piso. Tabla de planchar y plancha, secador de pelo, tostadora, herbidor de agua, microondas, lavavajillas (con pastillas), todo lo necesario de vajilla y cuberteria...Hasta un recogedor y cepillo para barrer la habitación. La limpieza no va incluida no cambiam sabanas, solo con coste adicional solocitandolo en recepcion. El gimnasio muy completo y atencion muy amigable y sencilla. Todo perfecto y recomendable!

Das Hotel an sich ist dem Standard entsprechend. Hat tolle Handtücher und auch die kleinen Küchen sind für einen City Trip ausreichend. Wer allerdings mit Frühstück bucht, muss dieses in der Lobby, teilweise an Longe Sitzen einnehmen. Leider ist die Lage des Hotels nicht sehr schön. Es liegt in mitten teilweise halb zerfallener Gebäude und auch die Nebenstraßen ähneln eher östlichen Gegebenheiten. Der Weg zur nächsten Ubahn Station liegt ca 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Daher empfehle ich Hotels an der U-Bahn Station Mansion House. Vorsicht bei der Zimmer Buchung. Wer nicht genau liest erhält ein Zimmer mit behindertengerechtem Badezimmer. Das ist nichts für große Menschen und auch absolut nicht schön an zu sehen oder zum wohlfühlen.

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y modernas. El personal es muy amable pero el no poder abrir ventanas, el que la limpieza sea solo semanal, que el espacio es algo justo para dos adultos y un niño, las almohadas no son muy comodas y hemos pasado algo de frío en pleno agosto porque se encendía la ventilación automáticamente a media noche con ruido. Todo ello hace que la nota que sería de casi 5 por las instalaciones la hayamos bajado porque no hemos estado del todo cómodos comparado con otras estancias.

New towels were denied because I was only staying 6 days. This place was incredibly over priced for lack of amenities.

Great place to stay!

El hotel está bastante bien en general, pero no es extraordinario en ningún sentido. El personal es amable en general, pero hubo una persona que a todo respondía que “no podía resolver ese problema”, la habitación es cómoda y limpia pero no súper cómoda y pulcra… en realidad es recomendable el hotel, pero no te vas sintiendo que fue una experiencia memorable.

Wish the AC unit was easier to understand how to use. The interface was not intuitive, and I had to contact the front desk to learn how to use it. Would be helpful to have a dedicated information card or easy to find FAQ about how to use it.

Schönes, modernes, funktional ausgestattetes und sauberes Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück (unbedingt dazu buchen). Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Really convenient - modern and clean - we needed to be inshore ditch so it was convenient for our trip and easy to get to tube etc. Great

Alle tiders opphold. Fint hotell i rolig område. Sentral beliggenhet, med kort vei til matbutikk, buss like utenfor hotellet og t-bane (to linjer) et par hundre meter unna. Imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt personale. Gode senger! Rent og behagelig sengetøy, rene og svære håndklær. Gulvet (spesielt hjørnene) på rommet kunne vært renere, sikker kun en forglemmelse av renholder. Intet stort problem. Ekstrasengen, dyne og pute må en selv legge på trekk. Det er vi ikke vant til, men ingen problem - fort gjort. Romtypen vi hadde gir en ikke mye plass til overs når ekstrasengen er i bruk. Når en har flyttet på stol, puff og bord får en akkurat plass til å legge ned en stor koffert. Savnet litt mer plass til oppbevaring, særlig på badet. Rommet hadde tekjøkken, safe, strykejern og -brett og hårføne, samt stort TV. Savnet oppkobling til mobil/laptop. Ikke mulig å koble til privat Netflix-konto, YouTube-kontoen lot seg koble til. Svært digitalt rom, alt som krever strøm styres på paneler. Kommer til å sjekke tilgjengelighet for kommende London-turer.

We LOvEd the hotel and the staff! Loved our place and the convenience of where it was located to where we wanted to gap in the city. Definitely would stay there again! Felt very safe in the hotel.

Clean. Comfortable for three asults. Good location within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants and underground stations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room had a small well supplied kitchen. Everything we needed at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and great to have a smiling welcome as we arrived quite late. Close to tube station, 5 minutes walk

Very friendly staff. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed pulls out to be 2 separate twin beds which was really nice. Storage space is very limited but the kitchenette with the microwave is good to have.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, there was multiple hair on the bedsheets, white stains on the couch, and the toilet had visible poop stains that never fully went away. The rug was dusty, which caused my dad to have allergy flare-ups during our stay. Not sure if we just got unlucky with the room but hotel was overbooked therefore we weren’t able to change the room nor was the hotel willing to move us to a different location. It was our first time in London and hotel experience made me never want to go back. For the price and how the hotel presents itself, I expected much better. The overall cleanliness just wasn’t up to standard, and it definitely affected the comfort of our trip.
