I had a great stay at Zedwell - Value for money-wise, this place is unbeatable. Normally, I would avoid a place like this without windows, but somehow Zedwell have managed to make this low-cost stay great.
The bed was really comfortable, the room completely quiet and dark, and I had the best sleep in this hotel. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room. The DLR have a station a few minutes walk away, and you are close to many bars and restaurants in walking distance.
A small bedside table would have been great, but overall it worked. Housekeeping only emptied trash, and didn't make the bed. I did not expect it to be made, but it's these small things that makes a hotel stand out. But it's small things, and not a complaint. :)
I will be booking this hotel again next time I visit London.

Ideal spot for a person with ADHD who has trouble processing sensory information, such as loud noises.
Having a dark, peaceful room with a comfortable bed and Egyptian linens makes this the ideal spot for me to get a good night's sleep.
It Is my second stay in one month period and I will definitely coming back soon.

I only stayed at Zedwell for one night, but it was more than enough to leave a great impression. The cleanliness was exceptional—my room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and my short stay smooth and pleasant. Even with such a brief visit, their attentiveness really stood out.
Overall, I had a great experience and felt completely satisfied with my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for a longer visit in the future.

To be really honest, I don't think the hotel is ready to the public tho its brand new and modern. First of all, The lift doesn't work there so you have to walk up and down every single day, and even with your luggage and other belongings. The signage there is also confusing, difficult to find the way to your room. You may contact the staff there via the whatapps number but they would never reply you or else you have to wait for hours. Other than the above, the room itself is neat and clean, which is the only good thing I've found during my stay.

War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt!
Wir waren begeistert, wie viel Platz man doch hatte in dem Raum, obwohl es etwas kleiner aussah. Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, was tatsächlich uns geholfen hat abzuschalten vom ganzen Trubel in der Stadt. Ich vllt nicht für jeden, aber für uns auf jeden Fall! Die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert und die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Kleiner Geheimtipp: Es gibt auch ein Kaffee nebenan, wo man auch Rabatte bekommt beim Kaffee, was auch super ist für den Start in den Morgen!
Was vllt verbessert werden kann: Trotz täglicher Reinigung wäre es nett gewesen wenn wir eine Toilettenbürste im Zimmer hätten. Dann fühlt man sich etwas wohler, wenns sauber ist und nicht mehr so riecht.
Fazit:
Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit super Anbindungen bestehend aus Bahn oder dem Schiff. Bei kompetenten Personal und ruhiger Gegend fühlt man sich super wohl!
Kleiner Sidenote: wir haben alle 2-3 Tage ne neue Klopapierrolle bekommen. Hatten am Ende vielleicht 4 Rollen, war aber nicht schlimm

Value for money, but very basic: no chair, no hangers, no tv and no window! No lip on the shower floor to stop water spilling over the bathroom floor. Also, with the lights off there was a very noticeable greenish glow from the ceiling ventilation grill. Very convenient for Greenwich and easy striking distance of central London, though.

Basically a cabin with a mattress on the floor. No desk, chair, tv or tea making facilities. But it was cheap and for us a good location. Bathroom clean and towels changed daily, make your own bed however. We left at 9am and returned at 10pm , spending our day sightseeing. So all in all good value for money if all you need is a bed and a shower near Greenwich.

シャワーは水浸しになるので、カーテン側に水が飛ばないようにするといいです。
ドライヤーはフロントで借りられますが、デポジットで10£必要です。クレジットカード支払いのみで、返却後にキャンセルされます。
チェックインはキオスクでできます。
支払い済みだったのに、請求されました。スタッフに伝えると、支払わなくて良いように対処してくれました。
また、チェックインするときに部屋に空きがあれば、チェックアウト時間の変更が有料で可能です。たしか、12時まで延長で25£、14時まで延長で50£だったと思います。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは有料12.5£です。

The hotel generally was very clean and decorated nicely.
The room was absolutely tiny, there was no other furniture in the room except a bed so everything had to go on the floor. We did go for the cheapest room and there is no window, even the windows at the end of the corridor were frosted.
The shower was good. The bed was okay comfort wise. The room was very dark which was fine for one night and we were more able to lie in!
The check in desk was a self check in, there was one member of staff floating around the lobby. As I'd booked through a third party website I didn't have the code I needed to check in so had to ask for assistance so was glad she was around.
You have to pay for any extras including early check in, late check out and a refundable deposit to use the iron (which you'd need to use in the corridor due to the size of the room. The iron was really grubby and stained my partner's shirt, we told the staff who gave us another iron which was also grubby so we had to clean the iron as much as we could first. The staff member was not very helpful.
Realistically you could only stay in that room for one or two nights due to the size.

I was very disappointed in my stay at the Zedwell. Having booked a twin room 8 months ago for an event, I was shocked that the system automatically placed me in a double at ceck-in. When we questioned the staff, they said they didn't have any twins available but could offer us a bigger room and share a bed - it's ridiculous to rely so much on a computer system and not check manually. Me and my friend were particularly annoyed as we met other people who had booked a twin a few days ago and managed to get one. Sharing wasn't a problem for me and my friend, but not ideal and not what we paid for. The "bigger room" was the same size and the bed was little more than a double in size.
Be aware that the room is beyond basic for the price you are paying. The glass door to the bathroom may be aesthetically pleasing but offers little privacy. There was literally just a bed and a mirror in the room we ended up in, three hooks for coats that are too close to the wall to really use, that's it. No storage space, bin, chair, tea and coffee making facilities.
Here are vending machines in the lobby and are horrendously priced - £3.50 for water or crisps, £4.50 for a capri-sun. You may have a captive audience but these prices are unreal considering there is no free water offered to guests or tea making items in the rooms.
