Very, very good service. Nice room. Highly functional sauna. Free water in lobby. Solid free hotel breakfast (good options even if you are gluten free). Good location. If you lose a room key in your room, they are okay with it. The connected restaurant is very yummy and reasonable.

L’hôtel est proche du centre-ville. La qualité de prestation est à revoir pour frôler un 4 étoile.
Il y a des corrections à amener pour améliorer le confort des clients.
Exemple sur la douche.
Obliger de racler l’eau qui s’échappe de la partie douche pour se propager dans la pièce de salle de bain. Pas agréable et risque de chute.
La literie aussi. Très fine et pas assez confortable pour une nuit à apprécier.
L’alarme incendie qui clignote juste au-dessus du lit qui illumine la pièce à dormir.
Absence de prise électrique à côté du lit.
Le personnel est agréable et fait le job. Il pourrait faire un petit plus…
Apporter les valises jusqu’à la chambre au lieu de se préparer quasi tous les matins son café côté petit-déjeuner clients.
Pas très dérangeant mais il y a la petite touche de confort qui manque sur cet hôtel.
On parle de prestation quasi à 500€ la nuit!
Et on est loin du luxe.
Attention au rajout de petit plaisir gourmandise, coûteux et que tu retrouves au petit-déjeuner…

Deserving of its good reviews. The staff is very nice and professional, and the food is very good. Room 111 is a little odd, certainly not quiet, in that it is right on the sidewalk. I'd recommend availding it.

Arctic Light Hotel Rovaniemi
Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Reisezeitraum Februar 2026 und das Zimmer 220, verreist als Paar ohne Kinder. Normaler Anspruch bei Ausstattung und Essen, keine Luxusreisende.
Hotel allgemein
Boutique-Hotel mit 57 Zimmern auf 5-6 Etagen.
Die Rezeption, die Lounge und der Frühstücksraum sind ansprechend eingerichtet.
Das WLAN war gut, es gab jedoch kein deutsches Fernsehen.
Die Lage ist gut, im Stadtzentrum von Rovaniemi, mit einem praktischen Supermarkt und den meisten Toursnbietern in der Nähe.
Wir haben von Einheimischen gehört, dass das Hotelrestaurant zu den besten in Rovaniemi gehören soll.
Essen
Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, es gibt alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, und viele lokale Spezialitäten und Süßigkeiten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wochentags von 7 bis 10 Uhr und am Wochenende von 8 bis 11 Uhr geöffnet. Wir hatten einige frühe Ausflüge gebucht und konnten problemlos etwas früher frühstücken.
Zimmer 220
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer gebucht, erhielten aber aufgrund unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit eigener Sauna, worüber wir uns sehr freuten. Eine kleine Verbesserung der Lichtschalter wäre wünschenswert, da sich die Beleuchtung der Steuereinheiten nicht ausschalten lässt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das größte Problem war jedoch die Klimaanlage. Wir hatten sie wegen der Geräusche komplett ausgeschaltet, aber nachts sprang sie alle 50 Minuten mit lauten Geräuschen für 2 Minuten an, s

A fantastic hotel located well. Staff were really helpful and happy. The room was amazing, we had the room with a sauna and used it every day. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty. We had dinner at the hotel the first night too and it was really nice.
