Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel.
We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it.
Room is clean as well.
We will choice here again

We have booked an apartment with well equipped including a kitchen and sauna room. We lighted up the fire place every night within our room. This hotel located nearby tourists centre where provided a series of activities. It's a really good hotel for the money I paid.

自駕遊住住這個點等極光剛好~ 可以北上車下,又有山頂十分開掦, 只是可惜幾晚斬厚云沒有看到極光......

雖然客房幢跟接待處是分開的, 但走路就1~2分鐘左右, 很方便。
雖然我們去的11月滑雪場還沒有開, 但附近有滑雪路, 也有租用道具的店舖, 所以想要滑雪是還可以的。
最可惜的是住宿的兩晚也下著雪, 所以看不到北極光。天氣好的話, 聽說可以看到北極光的。

No common sauna area that I cannot share with my girl friend, distance between the building is too far away, need some way to go to main building having breakfast.
But staffs are very helpful, we can see beautiful northern light by walking to Kaunispää.
Many restaurants are near the hotel.
My girl friend and I have a wonderful 3 night trip.

Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor. There are multiple buildings in this complex and not well lit, so you have to find your in the dark and the cold and pulling your suitcase through snow.

Standard-huone ostettu etukäteen netissä. Paikanpäällä selvisi että kyse on economy luokan huoneesta kaikkein kauimmassa parakkirakennuksessa. Kylpyhuone täysin ala-arvoinen. Parkkipaikkoja ei ole, autot jalkakäytävillä ja nurmikoilla. Ei hissiä. Huone kellaritiloissa, betoniseinät ja pieni ikkuna katonrajassa. Reklamoitu hotellille heti saavuttaessa, ei muutosta.
