I always stay in this hotel whenever I visit Finland, about thrice a year. This hotel is always fine but I’m so disappointed this time. The blanket is covered with dried tissue paper, the table is broken… I wanna use the phone to ask for room service but it wasn’t working. I prolonged my stay but they didn’t clean the room for me…

，性价比很高的酒店，并且，我们早上9点半火车一到，竟然拿到房，三间房哦，前台真的很佛心，位置也超好，就在中央车站边上，离很多景点都是步行可及，机场大巴就在门口30米处，酒店还有免费桑拿，房价还包早餐，我们住了两晚，把附近玩了个遍，开心。

Excellent location and service. Bad facilities, mainly inside the bathroom. Basin was stuck, bathroom door cannot be closed, temperature of shower water was not stable. Staff there promised to fix these all very soon.
