良かった点は、立地が良く、どこにでも出かけやすかったこと。また、朝食が美味しく、食べ過ぎてしまうほどだったこと。良くなかった点は、混み合う時間にチェックインしたためか、朝食などの説明が省略されたこと。総じて良かったので、またヘルシンキに来ることがあれば利用したい。

Huone kiva, käytävä auringosta paahteisen kuuma, onneksi huone ei. Pimennysverho jäi reunalta uupumaan, joten aamuauringon valoisuus suoraan sänkyyn huoneessa 502. Aamiainen ok. Moni tuote loppu, lisää tuotiin jonkin ajan päästä. Henkilökunta ei iloisia, tervehdykset?Puuro vaatimaton, samoin jukurtti-rahka-mysli osasto. Viihtyisä hotelli, sijainti loistava! Laukkusäilytyshuone tupaten täynnä. Etupihalla kiva terassialue, mutta jotenkin aiempia kesiä vaatimattomampi? Luottohotelli taide/kulttuuri/ shoppailureissulle. Varaan jatkossakin!

There is a rooftop nightclub about 20 metres away from the East facade of the hotel. Music is to be heard until 4a.m. When I asked to change rooms, I was told by reception that music was to be expected in Helsinki, as if it were normal that customers of a hotel couldn't sleep. The hotel didn't reply to my message asking for resolution/compensation. One should rent out rooms that aren't fit for the main purpose of a hotel room. One should reply to their customers Overall a very frustrating experience.

A standard hotel in its class. Very well located. Staff efficient. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast very expensive - though that is the way it is these days. Convenient nearby shops mean you don’t have to take breakfast in the hotel. Would stay again unless looking for a bit more character.

Love the location. You can visit quite a few major attractions on foot…or by a public transportation. The room has ample space and good accessibility. Great breakfast but a strange IT issue between Expedia and the hotel system on whether breakfast is included or not, which caused staff more work and customer confusion.

The hotel overall is ok. Great location. Walking distance everywhere. The shower is a disaster. It gets wet everywhere. It has a like a swing door with no base. It’s terrible. The whole bathroom flooded and splashed all over everyday. Very uncomfortable. Rest is ok.
