Personnels tres souriantes, aimables, à l'écoute.
Chambre tres propres.
Endroit tres calme et tres proche du centre commercial Gibsy en voiture 6 min et meme pas 600m il y a un Lidl, Action, restaurants etc. Vraiment emplacement parfait

Environnement très bruyant mais bonne insolation phonique. Literie peu confortable (pas de sommier juste une planche en bois et matelas pas assez épais) ménage très moyen (détritus sous la clim) climatisation très bruyante et peu performante

Air conditioning is very poor and in the quad rooms it does not reach the upper level beds so they are very hot.

Basic compact family room split over two levels - no air conditioning, but it was survivable. We only stayed one night and it was fine for a stop-over on our way to Paris. Breakfast was plentiful and included eggs and bacon as well as a choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruit. There's an abundance of restaurants locally to get an evening meal. Self-checkin via machine with choice of languages, but also English speaking staff on the desk. No noise from adjacent rooms, secure free parking outside rooms.
The only thing that let it down was housekeeping knocking at 9am and then loitering outside the room smoking and playing music on her phone (our window was open) until we were ready to leave at 10, even though checkout is listed as noon.

Nous sommes arrivés sur place à 16h15, nous avons dû appeler à l'interphone 2 fois, car nous n'avions pas le bon code pour rentrer et la réception était fermée. La personne nous l'a donné. Nous avons reçu celui ci 2 heures après notre arrivée. Les extérieurs ont besoin aj minimum d un bon coup de balai, les marches et les terrasses des étages, il y avait beaucoup de mégots.
La chambre, la salle de bains et la literie étaient correctes, la cliche de la porte de la salle de bains a besoin d être réparée.

Great service, comfortable beds only downsides were bugs on the bed, no lock on tue bathroom, no shower curtains soball the water spilled and there was no mop to clean it. Adding to this the Internet was unstable at times.Also one of our souvenirs went missing. Overall it was still a great place to stay at.

De kamer is krap en muffig. De airco deed het niet waardoor het extreem warm was in de kamer. We konden geen andere kamer krijgen, want met een gezin aan het reizen. Ter compensatie kregen we gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Ontzettend aardig, maar de nacht was behoorlijk afzien met z’n allen in de warme krappe kamer. Bij eenzelfde hotel, maar andere locatie hadden we alleen maar goede ervaringen dus dit was een kleine tegenvaller.
