我們是最後一分鐘訂這酒店，因為本來預定的酒店情況很差。我們整體比較滿意這酒店的服務，地點比較方便。附近有一條美食街。

舒適，典雅的飯店

Staff could hardly be bothered with the simplest of questions. They'd rather be out front of the hotel vaping. They gave me a printed off list of nearby "recommended" restaurants. Several were no longer in business.

Lo bueno: muy cerca De la Torre Eiffel y Trocadero, una zona muy tranquila y segura. Su personal muy atento, el desayuno es muy buena opción porque hay buena variedad de alimentos. Hay muy buena limpieza en las habitaciones diariamente. Lo malo: el hotel está adaptado dentro de un edificio muy antiguo, la escalera es muy pequeña y de caracol y el elevador es pequeñito solo para una persona y una maleta, se descompone con mucha facilidad, el sistema de key cards para abrir las puertas de las habitaciones se desprograma diariamente, era una lata bajar al lobby por las escaleras o el elevador tan pequeño. Necesitan renovar sus secadoras de cabello, están a punto de quemarse.

Ok, so i did have to recharge the room key but no biggie quick jaunt down the stairs and always met but friendly staff ( morning noon or night). Kids had buffet each day and set them up for the day.. only negative by the time they were hungry it was after 2pm. Room was advertised nice clean and perfect for 3 visitors to crash after exploring Paris. Passy is awesome a rest bite from the madding crowds and only 2km easy walk to the eiffel tower or vantage points for night sparky views. Out of 10 a 9.5 (would have liked more pillows.. and the 0.5 is probably against me as too tired to ask)

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The area is nice . But the breakfast was a desaster. Old bread and cold , bitter coffee.

Não recomendo o hotel. Apesar da beleza arquitetônica e da boa localização, o quarto onde me hospedei com meus dois filhos foi muito pequeno e, ao usar o chuveiro, molhava-se boa parte do banheiro. O elevador é bastante antigo e minúsculo (com capacidade p apenas 3 pessoas mas dependendo do porte físico da pessoa já ocupa todo o espaço). Café da manhã com poucas opções (encontrei um iogurte fora da validade).

Horrid service for check-in. Woman who checked us in was extremely RUDE. Hotel is over priced, I had many issues, asked to speak to a Manager on 4 separate occasion and my request was completely ignored. Got to the hotel 12:30 pm early, was told room would be ready for 2 pm. Walked around Paris until 2pm and went back to hotel only to be rudely told room was not ready. We didnt get into a room until 3 pm. The room I paid for on Expedia was not the room I was given either. I paid for the larger room for 3 people and was given a room with a double bed and a cot for 3 people. Manager totally ignored my requests regarding my room and the way we were being treated!. Paid for breakfast only to be told by the front desk staff breakfast is FREE. Yet Expedia robbed me more money by charging me for breakfast that was free??? I do not recommend!

I didn’t like that the keys deactivated all the time it was an inconvenience. But overall good stay

We needed a room for three, and this hotel came through with a queen bed and two singles for a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two sinks. Everything was spotless. I had read some complaints about the tiny elevator, but it holds one person and one suitcase -- if you need more, make several trips! The staff was kind and welcoming.
