friendly and helpful staffs

It seems that they cannot sort out my payment is made to Expedia. Everything is good except this.

Good location. The gentleman is helpful. Room is okay. Except that a few messy during check out. We booked three consecutive nights through two different agents due to travel plan changed and room availability, with two nights prepaid, and we stated out this point when we check in, just to let them clarify payment status beforehead. However, the staff still seemed not very clear and confusing when we check out. Anyway, good stay and may consider to stay again, but will try to may the booking simple.

A bit noisy as my room was close to the road, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me.

Avoid this hotel. Terrible experience which resulted in me refusing to stay and request a refund. Upon check-in, I was issued with a key and directed to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This was both embarrassing and concerning, as it represented a clear breach of guest privacy and security. What is particularly alarming is that after reporting this issue to reception, I was allocated a second room, only to discover that this room was also already occupied by another guest. To be given access to an occupied room once could be viewed as a serious mistake; for it to happen twice in succession suggests a significant failure in your room allocation and security procedures. Following the second incident, I raised my concerns with the receptionist regarding the obvious safety and security implications. My primary concern was that if I had been given access to two occupied rooms, then it was entirely possible that other guests could be wrongly given access to my room and my personal belongings. This raised serious concerns about guest safety, privacy, and the security of possessions within the hotel. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the situation and the security breach that had occurred twice, the receptionist's response was simply to offer a third room. At that point, I had lost all confidence and demanded a refund which was issued. No apologies were received or explanation. I left and checked in to a nearby alternative hotel.

Très belles chambres modernes et bien équipées avec une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux de qualité est aussi un des points forts de l’établissement. J’ai juste regretté de ne pas pouvoir régler ou arrêter la climatisation.

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff, especially Luca. There are only 6 parking spots so get there early to get a spot.

Malheureusement j’ai eu la surprise de constater que votre chambre n’est faite que si vous en faites la demande. Vous pensiez qu’on vous changerait les serviettes, lit fait, nouveau papier toilette etc. Et non surprise en arrivant de votre travail le soir faut réclamer !!! Sinon l’ensemble est correct et personnel agressif.

Only issue we had was the AC in one of the two rooms we booked was not cooling down the room enough. Otherwise, we had a great experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast too.

The family room was very small, but adequate. Clean and quiet for a quick overnight stay. Front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly AT ALL. There are probably better options in the area.

We stayed here as a base for our visit to the beaches in Normandy. We parked at the hotel but the spaces are limited. Good restaurants near by which were walkable. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent. The room we had was on the top floor and were told at check in the elevator did not go to that floor. The desk person took are bags up the last floor. We are an older couple so I do not know if he just it because of age or it was standard. If you have a lot of luggage or need assistance you should write to them.

La chambre est trop petite, il y a même pas assez de place ouvrir la valise.
