I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced.
The room was nothing like the photos on the booking website. It was extremely worn, with numerous marks, dents, and poorly patched damage to the walls and doors. The flooring was heavily worn, and the room itself was exceptionally small, dark, cramped, and uncomfortable, with barely enough space for luggage. I spent as little time there as possible.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Upon arrival, I found the toilet brush sitting inside the toilet bowl, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene standards.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection that did not justify the price.
Most frustrating was the hotel’s response. I contacted them immediately after check-in to raise my concerns, but they refused any refund or compensation for the remaining four-night stay. Hotels.com also contacted the hotel on my behalf, but no refund, cancellation, or goodwill gesture was offered.
The experience affected my trip so much that I changed my travel plans and flew home a day early rather than spend another night in the room.
Due to an event taking place in the city, hotel occupancy was high. Accommodation was nowhere near worth that amount. In my opinion, the hotel is misleadingly advertised, as the photos do not accurately reflect the condition or quality of the rooms.
I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise prospective guests t refun.

Chambre de taille correcte au RDC, peu lumineuse et ayant besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement.
Sans être catastrophique, la propreté de la chambre est décevante. Convient pour une nuit, mais guère plus.

L'appart'hotel est très bien situé : une station de tramway est juste devant et qui vous conduit à la Place de la Comédie en 4 ou 5 stations. Vous pouvez aussi vous y rendre à pied en passant par la Galerie du Centre commercial. C'est un peu compliqué si vous venez à l'hotel en voiture parce que vous ne pouvez pas vous arrêter devant l'hotel pour aller récupérer le code d'accès du parking à la réception et l'accès du parking (payant) est difficile à trouver : il faut en fait rouler sur les rails du tramway pour accéder au portail du parking !. Et si vous avez rater cette entrée, il vous faudra faire un détour pour revenir à l'adresse de l'hotel à cause des sens uniques partout (et attention aux dos d'âne dont la hauteur risque d'abimer les bas de caisse). Le parking est sombre, mal éclairé. Bien mainoeuvrer lors de la descente car les angles sont très étroits. Personnel à la réception est très professionnel et serviable (surtout l'équipe de l'après-midi et le soir). Le petit-déjeuner (occidental) est correct avec pas mal de viennoiseries à volonté. Par contre le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'est pas accueillant, musique avec oreillettes pendant le service (pour ne pas à répondre aux sollicitations des clients ?). Le studio est bien équipé avec micro onde, frigo, plaque électrique, bouilloire, vaisselle etc... Il y a même un fer à repasser et un mini coffre fort. Utilisation à volonté des machines à café, thé, chocolats chauds et fontaine d'eau. A conseiller.

Good overall. The staff is very kind and welcoming. There is a laundry self-service in the hotel, which is very practical for long stays. There was no room service for the length of my stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget.
