The location is perfect，but room is too small for business trip, too small and noisy.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room is very small (as expected before booking) but very good location and many restaurants around the area. RER station is just around the corner.

Really good hotel, they forget clean the room one day , maybe we were still in the room. Then they gave us one free breakfast. I will definitely back here again.

地點很方便, RER直達CDG機場、迪士尼及Outlet, 地鐵都很方便, 基本上都不怎麼需要換線。 附近很多餐廳, 酒店的早餐種類雖然不多, 但好吃。 酒店房間雖小, 但清潔及有格調, 酒店有電楊, 不用走樓梯的。 酒店wifi訊號很差, 經常自動斷線, 基本上上線不到10分鐘肯定會自動斷線的, 所以如果一定要用wifi的旅客便要想清楚是否要選這間酒店 (我入住五晚, 因為wifi訊號問題已換過另一間房間, 但wifi訊號仍然比較弱)

地理位置還不錯，離les halls五分鐘，但目前電梯都在維修，扛行李要扛三層樓；飯店房間也是超小，甚至是電梯沒看過只能載兩個人的，並不是新飯店，只是一家整修過後的飯店

Do not be deceived by the photos on the website!! They are staged and made to look like something they are not. You and your 1 suitcase can take a trip up the very slow elevator (it will not fit more than that) or you can risk a fall in the dimly lit spiral staircase with dark carpet, and dark walls that only allow for 1 person at a time. The area is VERY loud with many cafes and/or seedy establishments right outside the hotel entrance that will definitely interfere with your sleep! Lastly; there is no safe in the room, and no ice available. I was sorely disappointed!!!

Staff was great. Made us feel very welcome on our honeymoon. Hotel was in great location. Train was close by.

Excellent location that allowed for easy getting around Paris

Good location. But everything else was meh. Our shower head was broken so the shower was a terrible experience. Paint chipped in bathroom. Could use some updating.

I’ll start with the most important heads-up: the rooms are very small. We had a big travel bag so we had to open it on the bed. That said, it was something we were already expecting (it was quite impossible to find anything big and affordable in such a good location). So we made the most out of the room. The rain shower was a nice touch, and we didn’t see any leaks. The bed was comfortable and the decor was chic. The highlight is for sure the location, in an area filled with very good restaurants and bars, as well as the Metro. We were able to navigate in Paris very easily because of that. I also have to mention the very helpful employee at the front desk, Theo. He was super friendly and knew exactly what to recommend, such as touristic spots, delicious bakeries and even very specific suggestions - for example, we were looking for bars and he pointed out some that we really liked, including a drink in one of them that was excellent. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, smooth check-in and offered a slightly larger room to us, very small elevator which was an interesting experience! Room was adequate and clean. At check out, front desk asked for us to pay the room tax again but my husband knew we had already paid it when we checked in. Wondering why they didn’t see it on the reservation when checking out? Overall a great stay.

Really great boutique hotel in the third district of Paris. Very close walk to the Notre Dame. Subway is just down the street making it really convenient. Lots of really good restaurants in the neighbourhood and shopping. Drove itself super cute with a queen bed but very clean with a modern design. I would definitely come back again. Also, the staff really helpful. They lent me a charger for my phone and we’re just helpful with advice about the neighborhood.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Während der Zimmerreinigung wurde meine Schlafanzughose entwendet. Der Nachtportier hatte mir versichert, dass ich sie am nächsten Morgen zurückerhalten würde. Da wir Paris am nächsten Tag verlassen mussten, habe ich das Thema beim Check-out erneut angesprochen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war verärgert über die Zusage seines Kollegen und meinte, die Reinigung sei extern – ich solle doch bitte im Zimmer selbst nachsehen. Nachdem meine Schlafanzughose auch nach dem Packen nicht aufgetaucht war, versprach man mir, das Hotel würde sich per E-Mail melden und mir die Hose nachsenden, sobald sie zurück sei. Bis heute – nach über drei Wochen – habe ich keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Dieses Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte bei so einem Vorfall zumindest eine ehrliche Kommunikation und eine Wiedergutmachung. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Great staff! Beautiful, classic Parisien hotel. Small elevator but fits one person with luggage, maybe a second person. Great room, clean, comfortable, classy decor. Great washroom w/ bath/shower and good size. Room was good size for me but tight for American standards.
