拉丁之家酒店

The best thing about this hotel is the perfect location. The staffs are also very nice. I stayed there for 2 weeks and although the room was a bit small, I still think it’s worth the price. The only problem is that we could take a shower with the people upstairs because their bath water leaked from the bathroom ceiling lol.

首先,入住的時候沒有核對任何資料,就連passport也沒有對,員工態度惡劣,並不願意提供協助,環境跟圖片完全不一樣,電梯很殘舊只可以入2個人和2件小的行李, 房間外面的走廊很恐怖, 沒有燈光, 有時候閃一閃, 而且十分窄,只可以一個人行走.房間沒有冷氣, 很舊有牆發霉, 燈光昏暗，感覺很不安全，廁所很殘舊，水龍頭有很多漬，房間內只有2個插頭，房間門沒有防盜鎖，我們訂了三晚但是一天也待不下去，當晚即時退房。

The location is good!if you take RER B,it's not too difficult to find the hotel.& The staff is very friendly!

靠近地铁站，大约100多米，交通还算方便，基本上半小时内可以抵达市区内各个景点。距离巴黎圣母院非常近，步行几分钟就到了。房间不大，但是该有的也都有，价格在巴黎而言，算是比较便宜的了。旁边不远处有家中国人开的餐馆，还不错。大堂里有一部计算机，带打印机，客人可以自由使用，对于自助游的人而言很方便，可以随时来打印车票、登机牌、行程单等。

房间有点小，不过地理位置很好，市中心，离巴黎圣母院卢浮宫很近

Location was really fabulous. Hotel rooms very small and it’s an old building so not soundproof. Room had a cute mini safe which was handy. Staff were nice.

Quiet and clean

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the extra toilet was a plus.

The shower is great. The location is excellent.

Hotellet havde fået slunkne anmeldelser, så forventningerne var ikke super høje ved ankomst. Vi blev ikke skuffede, tværtimod. Super fint og hyggeligt lille hotel i gåafstand til Metro og Notre Dame. Fin størrelse værelse med plads til kufferter, uden at skulle kante sig rundt. Dejligt med elevator, da vi fik værelse på 5. sal. Vores værelse var med en hyggelig lille altan med cafésæt, hvor vi kunne sidde og nyde et glas vin. Rigtig fin morgenmad med lidt for enhver smag. Vi havde booket ophold med morgenmad og benyttede os af det alle de dage, vi overnattede der. Eneste lille minus var, at vores nøglekort til værelse ikke virkede, og det kom det faktisk aldrig til i løbet af opholdet. Så vi måtte pænt blive låst ind af personalet hver gang, vi skulle ind på værelset. Vi blev tilbudt et andet værelse, men takkede nej - så stort var problemet trods alt ikke, og vi tilbragte ikke meget tid på værelset alligevel. Der er meget lydt, men det tror jeg er generelt for hotelværelser i storbyer. Ikke meget støj fra gaden, da hotellet er lidt tilbagetrukket fra hovedgaden. Skal vi til Paris en anden gang, kunne hotellet absolut godt få genvalg.

Bien situé à Paris, personnel gentil, propre, possibilité de laisser les bagages ..très bon adresse

Eldre, men koselig hotell. Veldig sentralt og god beliggenhet. Kort vei til restauranter, shopping og metro

Chambre en rez-de-chaussée, mal insonorisée et exiguë. Mauvaises odeurs persistantes. Douche et petit déjeuner corrects, personnel accueillant et agréable. Les autres chambres doivent permettre un séjour agréable

The rooms were very clean, the only issues was in room 122 is the flooring by the bathroom is buckled. The staff was very helpful and nice.

La chambre était impeccable, le personnel très aimable et l'endroit est magnifique.

The room had bed bugs and we complained and got denied a room change and anything to accommodate. We were travelling with a baby - ruined the trip. Don’t book.

The room was fine. It met our expectations. The problems that arose were poor housekeeping services; the television did not have a cable connection (the cable was hanging from the wall); Internet service was intermittent for the entirety of our 11-day stay, with no service for the last three days; and the power at the hotel went out twice. Not the block, just our hotel.

O hotel fede desde a recepção até os quartos.. O quarto além de fedido, tinha barata e o chuveiro molhava o banheiro inteiro quando era usado.. Não volto nunca mais, apesar de ter uma localização ok, não vale a pena.. Já fiquei em hostel muito mais limpo que esse hotel
