Nice hotel in Montparnasse area of Paris. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Neighborhood is very nice with many restaurants and shops as well as residents. Not as touristy as parts of Paris closer to the popular sites.

Our room (15) overlooked the junction of Bld Raspail and Bld Edgar Quinet; we loved the view and the ambience of the local bars and area. The hotel is ideally placed for walking to the Seine, via Jardin du Luxembourg and Bld St Michel. The hotel itself was super-clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned & tidied every day. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Second building, the room for 3 persons is Really small. Should only for 2 persons. We can’t open our luggage’s and walk in room.
Sheets was not clean.
Breakfast is nice. Specially, fresh orange juice is really good. High quality.
The Front desk service lady is really nice.
Location is good for city tour.

I don’t know why this hotel is 4 stars hotel?
Totally not worth the price we paid. The coffee machine can’t work in first room. The terrible sofa bed is old, collapse in second room, has no pillows.
And, We had to pack our luggages and change rooms every day.
What kind of four-star quality is this?

I’ll est situé idéalement, dans un quartier propre , à proximité du métro et pas trop loin de la Seine.
