Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super nettes Personal, durchgängig. Lage vollkommen okay, haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Friedhof hat uns nicht gestört, die Straße war kaum hörbar. Einzig das Bad war doch außergewöhnlich klein. Uns hat es gereicht, aber kräftig gebaut, darf man nicht sein. Frühstück ok, alles da, aber nichts besonderes. Eine Milchalternative wäre schön gewesen, dann hätte sich meine Tochter über ein Müsli freuen können.

SO SO warm and the bathrooms smelled awful. Beds were also not comfortable, and traffic from the window was very loud! We ended up switching hotels part of the way through our trip because we couldn’t do it anymore.
Fairly clean and staff was helpful though! It’s about a 8 minute walk from the metro and is easy to get places, still a bit of a ways if you want to just go from stop to stop!

Um terror! Fiquei 3 dias nessa hospedagem e foi o pior pesadelo em Paris. Minha cama tinha percevejos, como cheguei muito cansada dormir com minha filha e acordei toda picada, não associei a cama, achei que fosse qualquer outra coisa, saimos para passear e dormi novamente estou toda picada de percevejo. Além disso o pequeno desejum é pequeno mesmo, apenas croissant e uns pães com peito de frango e queijo, uma salada de frutas todos os dias, café e suco. Não espere muita coisa desse hotel e se possível passe longe.

Air Cooling System as advertised on the Accor website wasn’t working for the entire building, maintenance didn’t come to fix it, entire night spent awake and sweating. Hotels.com have repeatedly tried to contact the hotel to no avail thus far regarding compensation.
I got zero sleep on my second night and got a headache due to dehydration. Front desk informed me to at the hotel manager wasn’t coming in till 10am the next day a note was left at the front desk regarding my room and stay, hotels.com have been unable to contact them by phone thus far. I want my money back!!!! DO NOT BOOK

Pontos negativos: Quarto não estava 100%, mas estava aceitável. Quarto sem ar condicionado, e com pouca iluminação.
Pontos positivos: tem uma máquina para alimentos rápidos e bebidas, isso ajuda muito. Conseguimos guardar as malas antes da estadia, onde ficam em um quarto trancadas e identificadas, onde só é possível acessar com um funcionário e entregues após entregarmos o canhotos.
