Hôtel Chopin

Super staff. Great spot in central Paris, we walked to the left bank and up to Montmartre. Historically located inside one of the “Passages” Could use in-room coffee vs. the trip to the lobby

Nice hotel, but room needs some upgrades. Bathroom was nice, a lot of towels. The area around hotel is super convenient and safe. Staff was very nice , friendly with exception of one person.

Charming stay at a traditional hotel The staff were wonderful and very helpful, Clarinet the cat - who I suspect is the real Maitre d'hotel - frequently welcomed us at reception, which was delightful. As a warning, the hotel is not really accessible. Many stairs and steps before you reach the elevator, which will be difficult for those with limited mobility or unwieldy luggage. Our room was small and quite hot and humid. No air con in the room, but a fan kept the air moving. Bathroom was good. The whole property is from a bygone age, which will delight some and frustrate others. The decor is a little tired. Location is good, very close to the Metro and plenty of good restaurant options within a few minutes (if you like Asian cuisine, the Brigade du Tigre is wonderful and a short walk away). We didn't have breakfast.

Så det må vara lyhört och det kanske inte är helt rent.. men personalen är underbar, läget är fantastiskt, det finns frukost till bra pris och det finns en hus katt! Detta är ett hotell vi återkommer till.

Super gelegen in einer Passage mit direkten Zugang zur Metro davor. Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück und das alles zum fairen Preis.

Lovely, quirky little hotel. My room was on the top floor and the sloped ceiling above the bath made the shower difficult to use, but I would certainly stay again

위치가 매우 좋습니다. 파리 시내 어디든 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 주변에 먹거리도 많습니다. 이틀 묵었는데, 첫날 너무 더운 날씨에 에어컨 없이 자느라 무척 고생했습니다. 다음날엔 더위가 식어서 선풍기만으로도 잘 만했습니다. 전체적으로 가성비가 뛰어난 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

Hotel Chopin truly captures the essence of Paris! It’s absolutely quaint and charming, tucked away in a beautiful historic passage built in 1846, which adds so much character and a sense of old-world Paris. The setting feels like a hidden gem—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast—fresh pastries, great coffee, and a cozy atmosphere that made every morning special. If you're looking for a cute spot in Paris that offers a true local experience with excellent service and unique historic charm, this is the place!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche d'une station de métro. Il est authentique. Le personnel est agreable et la chambre est confortable

Hotel was in a great location and quiet at night

This hotel is V Parisienne and v old and quirky. No aircon but a fan. A good breakfast. The bathroom was ok with a fab view over the rooftops of Paris but the handheld shower was awkward. The location is good. The staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoyed staying here. A true local.

We were very happy at Hôtel Chopin for our first trip to Paris! The room was cozy and clean, and fit our needs: somewhere simple, clean, and safe to sleep for a fair price. The front desk staff were all pleasant, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was also very good (continental, so nothing cooked, but the croissants were amazing). The entrance is down Passage Jouffroy, which was very fun to walk down each day! (Passage Jouffroy is secured at night - use the buzzer by the gate to call the front desk if after 9:00pm.) It is less than half a block to the Grands Boulevards Metro station (follow signs to Musée Grévin) which made it convenient to everywhere in Paris. There are also many restaurants and cafés within an easy walk, and we felt safe on the street, even late at night. The room did not have air conditioning, (nowhere in Paris does), but they provided a fan, and the room cross-ventilated nicely so it was cool enough to sleep at night. We would stay here again.

Fint mindre hotel som ligger i en hyggelig passage. God placering i godt område. Næsten ingen støj. Fint udvalg til morgenmad. Venligt personale.

Little small but clean, good breakfast, and short walk to many major sights.

Ist ok für ein WE

This is a lovely little hotel in one of the historic Paris passages. It is wonderfully located for all the major attractions of Paris. The hotel is comfortable and kept very clean. The staff were all unfailingly cordial and helpful - especially when my misplaced glasses needed to be shipped home to me. Oh, and Clarinette the hotel cat kept us all in line!

J’ai pris une nuit plus une nuit supplémentaire plus une troisième nuit car j’avais des rendez-vous d’affaires aujourd’hui. J’ai dû changer de chambre mais cela a été rapide et dans une chambre parfaite. Je recommande cet hôtel dans lequel je viens régulièrement depuis plus de 10ans.

I liked the history of the hotel, but a little renovation and better mattresses would be nice.

Cet hôtel est très charmant. Situé au fond de la galerie Jouffroy. On a l'impression de pouvoir entrer dans un "book nook". Si vous êtes matinal vous pourrez rencontrer Clarinette, le chat noir mystérieux qui habite les lieux. Comme beaucoup de touristes, j'ai visité beaucoup d'endroits lors de mon séjour, mais c'est celui-ci que j'ai préféré.
