Overall, happy with my stay.

The staff was helpful and spoke English. Check in was a breeze and cute experience. Definitely will come again

Pros: So quiet. Best sleep. Opening window. Great air con. Kettle and coffee maker in room. Hairdryer in room. Comfortable bed. Peaceful. Safe area. 24/7 hot drinks in lobby/water fountain. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel itself is amazing but we checked out on the 08 of June till now we haven’t received our 200€ deposit not yet.

pas de gel douche. porte de douche montée à l envers (pas moyen de l'ouvrir de l'interieur) et tellement mal montée qu'elle est tombée et que j'ai du la remettre en place moi même. Nous l'avons fait constater au receptionniste.

Chambre minuscule : lit et 1 m autour. Alors que la resa indiquait chambre de 16m2. Bac de douche qui grince -va t il céder? - Petit dej hors de prix et chambre également pour la prestation. (20 e petit dej avec espace de choix très petit : queue pour avoir un café, plus de viennoiserie lorsque l on passe devant .. attendre .. attendre ) ça gâche un peu.

Je viens souvent et tout se passe bien. Cependant hier la chambre n’était pas propre, assiette et tasse sale, salle de bain pas nettoyée avec peignoir sale. La dame à la réception a été top! Elle a fait son maximum pour me satisfaire. J’en profite pour donner mon avis sur ke petit dej, bon pain , il y a tout ce qu’il faut cependant je ne comprends pas pourquoi le fromage est déjà coupé et en petit morceaux , et donc il n’est pas du tout appétissant, sec et on croirait mange des restes! Mais j’aime venir dans cet établissement, personnel à l’accueil et responsable toujours très agréables,

Small room. Same and one person to help on guest desk and breakfast. Not to much choice in breakfast ( I didn't understand the other reviews). Old hotel and no views from your room.

Personnel sympa et accueillant. MAis couchage pas du tout satisfaisant, lit mal fait, drap trop court, alese bruyante. Insonorisation trés trés trés insuffisante ! Ne vaut pas le prix.

L'accueil la chambre le service très bien. Léger petit soucis la chambre sentait le tabac froid. Nous l'avons signalé discrètement.

The area was very quiet and the staff are amazing.

Compact but clean and modern room. Rooms looks a lot bigger on website. Check in disappointing with reception guy being really uninterested and talking to someone else on the phone as he checked us in!

The night shift receptionist Ahmed was absolutely brilliant and helped me with a problem and went above and beyond his duty. He is.an excellent representation of the hotel and company, he made my stay very nice and with his help I managed to relax

It was what I need for the circonstance.
