Exact 4. Stars hotel very cozy

Be careful of your luggages when you put them in hotel storage. I gave the hotel staff some luxurious good empty boxes and told them I will come back to take these boxes in two days. After two days they just threw it away! No compensation and no apologies !

No hot water to shower. Ask for help to change room. But they only provide borrow another room for us to shower. But Won’t change room for us. No bottle water supply as they say the are environmental protect hotel. Please remember to buy yourself otherwise they will charge you 3 euro fir each bottle no matter how many days you stay.

Very nice hotel, room is really nice and the staff are very friendly and are at our service! Lots of French brasserie in walking distance for nice diner as well as lots of bakery for that French croissant! Great area. Overalll a very nice hotel, definitely recommends.

Nice hotel. Great location. There was initially an issue with the air-conditioning which was switch to winter setting when the weather was still warm.

The staff was friendly and spoke English. They got us a taxi every morning. They gave us recommendation for restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel was perfect for our stay very clean, nice roof top area and the honesty bar worked really well with a great choice available. Staff were very helpful and professional. We would highly reccomend this Hotel.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

The first night no hot water and the shower was clogged internally, so water leaked out to the whole bathroom, I was asked to come down to the front desk and get the towels myself to wipe the bathroom. The second night still no hot water but the night shift front desk was able to fix it after one hour waiting at midnight. The hotel offered breakfast as compensation. Recommend the hotel to have better staff training and better maintenance on facilities.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was modern, clean, and about 300 feet from the Metro. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice retreat from the mass hysteria of tourists. There were a couple bistros at the end of the street and a vegan boulangerie around the corner. We walked to the Palais Garnier in less than 15 minutes. The staff was helpful and friendly. We spoke a little bit of French but everyone there spoke English to help us through. We ate breakfast a couple times there and enjoyed the portions and selections which appeared to change daily. It was a great value for the price. One of the things that really stood out was the honor bar and rooftop terrace. At night we were able to come back, grab a bottle of wine from the bar and take it to the rooftop for a quiet and cozy view of the neighborhood and rising moon. The honor bar itself is a nice setup, too. There are seats at the bar, by the window, and the mezzanine. Maybe they had music earlier in the evening, but there wasn't music while we were there. If there were background jazz music at a low volume, it would have been perfect. The room was spacious and ours had three windows that opened out to the courtyard. Very high ceilings (we were on floor 1) and the bathroom was spacious, as well. The staff respected our privacy sign the whole time without question, enabling us to come back to the room during the day for refreshers and naps without bumping into housekeeping. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good position near Liege M13 subway and many buses. You can reach Montmatre in 25 minutes walking as well as Place de la Concorde. We stayed in a Duplex Suite in 4 persons. We expected to have a more comfortable bed from the sofa.

La propiedad está muy bien, el desayuno está muy completo, solo que la habitación 501 no le funciona el a/c así que nunca me cambiaron y eso lo veo mal

La habitación estuvo de buen tamaño, baño con regadera de techo. La cama y los blancos cómodos. El desayuno bastante completo. Además tienes snacks, café y agua todo el día. Todos, recamarista, recepción y comedor fueron amables y amigables

Short stop over on our way to nice. Couldn't find a single fault . Will stay again . Breakfast great
