We had no warm water for the entire stay

Bra Hôtel nära centrum. Bra personal hjälpte till vid behov. Rummet bra ingen lyx men helt ok , bra säng . Frukosten var bra fanns det mesta men inga grönsaker . Lite trångt mellan borden annars bra .Parkering fanns lättillgängligt utanför hotellet . Cyklar fanns att hyra via app vid busshållplatsen i närheten till hotellet . Återkommer gärna

L’accueil du personnel est exceptionnel. La chambre propre et agréable. Nous allons au petit déjeuner on verra la suite.

Wish someone there spoke better English. But that didn’t bothers me as much. But what did bother me a lot. Is they need to put a safe and refrigerator in the room.

Mon séjour avec mon époux a été de courte durée. Néanmoins nous avons super bien dormi le matelas et les oreillers vraiment très confortables!!! Le petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Tout est super propre !! Les dames qui nous ont accueilli très souriantes et aimables. A la prochaine !!!

Super accueil, rien a redire. Grand parking sur la place juste à côté, parfait. Chambre suffisamment grande, salle de bain propre. J'avais pris une chambre confort dont l'un des + est (en théorie) l'isolation phonique. Une toile de tente Queshua au bord d'une autoroute est certainement plus calme. Entre les bruits de porte qui claquent car elles ne se ferment pas correctement. Le bruit du chauffage soufflant. Vous aurez le choix entre le bruit constant ou crever de froid), perso à 3h du mat j'ai préféré avoir froid. Et si avec tout ça vous n'êtes pas déranger par l'éclairage publique qui passe par les côtés du rideaux, et bien vous pourrez dormir jusqu'à au moins 6h30, puisque qu'après le festival de bruit recommence. Ma pire expérience d'un IBIS.

The hotel was modern and clean, it was also close to the shops and the centre of Cognac. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Dålig lukt på rummet. Borde klassas som vandrarhem. Rummen behöver kraftig uppfräschning.

J avais demande une chambre handicapé et avec douche mais il y avait une marche de 30cm pour y acceder. La personne de l accueil a ete tres gentille et m a change pour une autre car il se trouve que les chambres handicape sont a 50m de couloir de l accueil ! Il serait temps d arreter de penser handicap = fauteuil roulant. La grande majorite des handicapes n en ont pas. Petit dejeuner frugal

Worked out perfect

The hotel is close to many attractions and restaurants. Cognac from this hotel is very walkable. We had a car and were able to park across the street at a free parking lot that always had space available even thought it’s not very big. The hotel was very spacious, clean, quiet and equipped with AC. The breakfast was a su charge but it was delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who don’t want to break the bank yet want a good comfy clean hotel.
