At the desk, Diego was very helpful giving us directions and making dinner reservations for us. He also upgraded our rooms since it was one of the guests Birthday.

Hotel is 10 mins walk from the train station. Convenient location, bright room with balcony, AC worked well! The reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond. A big thank you to Christiano who helped us out with the room. Breakfast was very good, lot of choice and we loved they had a sandwich maker to make a toastie! Free tea and coffee - the coffee was good! Bags stored safely for the day! 5 mins walk to the promenade!

Great stay, good location, friendly staff and fab breakfast on top! We parked on the street front of the hotel free (19-9) Recommendations by Cristiano, we found everything around the hoods!
