Basic room. Need of refurbishment. Shower very outdated not as detailed in pictures. Next door which we didn’t know is an arena, very busy and noisy. Lovely staff, room was clean. No coffee making facilities in room and Starbucks machine downstairs out of order, fresh breakfast. If your looking for somewhere just to lay your head it’s ok, if your looking for a bit more to your room, stay elsewhere.

Séjour de deux nuits pour un concert à l’Accor Arena, agréablement surprise de voir des photos du groupe dans le hall d’entrée ! Personnel très aimable et serviable, chambre propre même si la salle de bain se fait un peu vieille, rien de grave à signaler. Lit confortable et spacieux mais pas beaucoup de rangements à disposition, ce qui n’est pas un drame mais peut être regrettable selon les besoins recherchés. L’emplacement est en tout cas parfait quand on y séjourne pour un concert, beaucoup de temps gagné à être juste à côté de la salle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While I chose to check out early for personal reasons, I found the staff to be warm and friendly, with a very accessible manager. Breakfast was good, and although the rooms are on the smaller side, that’s standard for Europe. The space was well-kept and comfortable.

Douche très difficile à régler le mitigeur entre l'eau chaude et froide, cet hôtel va devoir se moderniser sans tarder dans le domaine de la plomberie d'autant plus que la brosse à cuvette était aux abonnés absents c'est un peu surprenant comme politique. L'insonorisation laisse à désirer la jointure de la fenêtre qui donne avec l'extérieur ne filtre pas assez les bruits de la rue. Absence de coffre fort dans la chambre c'est un peu surprenant pour un Ibis Style tout de même, pour terminer le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne sans plus.

L'hôtel est pratique d'accès si vous arrivez de la Gare de Lyon (12 min à pied ou une station de metro). Cependant il manque d'entretien et commence à être dans son jus... Dans la chambre une odeur nauséabonde est présente en provenance de la sdb. Le soir musique de Dj juste sous les fenétres jusqu'à 23hrs. J'imagine que ce n'est que pour l'été mais cela serait bien d'être prévenu lors de la réservation.

Bed was very comfortable and the service was great, I haven’t talk to many staff but they always were very nice and lovely. That’s about the positive of the stay. The room could have make with a small refurbishment. The bathroom had mould a bit everywhere. Breakfast was ok but the pastries had an old taste, a bit like someone was baking cheese puff next to them. Different options available to cater for everyone (cheese and ham, yogurt bowl, pancakes…)

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Bercy and had an excellent experience! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right beside the stadium (perfect for the concert I was attending), directly in front of the subway station, and just across from a great selection of restaurants. Everything I needed was within easy reach. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Malheureusement bruyant en raison dune terrasse a dj sous la fenetre et climatisation inoperante ou presque... a noter quau matin la réception m'indique quon aurait du demander a changer de chambre. Donc pa si mal notemment le personnel dévoués mais pas beaucoup dormi malgré lever tot avec enfant.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren das achte Mal da und die Zimmer sind in immer schlechterem Zustand. Im ersten Zimmer stank es fürchterlich nach Abfluss. Am Abend die Auskunft dass das Hotel voll sei und es wurde gereinigt, was aber keine Wirkung zeigte. Am Morgen war es fast nicht auszuhalten und plötzlich gab es direkt ein sauberes Zimmer.... Dieses war dann in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, deswegen logieren wir immer da. Leider war es auch im Frühstücksraum ein bisschen chaotisch, was aber auf die Gäste zurückzuführen ist. Viele bringen ihr Tablett nicht zurück, was die Arbeit der Mitarbeiter erschwert und den Ablauf verzögert.
