This was a cute and cozy spot to land near the airport. Unlike most airport hotels, it was very quiet. There is a large bar with food option and breakfast, but I didn't try it out. The staff were friendly, check in was smooth - the bed was a little hard and sloping towards the middle, but I still had a great sleep.

Very clean, very convenient. Even after a little mixup at checking the staff were quite polite and effective trying to fix it. Due to technology limitations they had to wait for the manager the following morning to adjust the situation. While they took care of it I was offered a coffee and all was made right. No stress, no drama.

seul bemol, odeur ( légère de tabac) dans la chambre et clim pas en état mais vu la période ce n'etait pas grave. L'accueil, adorable, rendant de service et petit dejeuner à emporter à 4h du matin pour prendre un avion tres pratique et tres correct au niveau du prix et des produits. bravo pour le personnel et la qualité de l'hotel pour un rapport qualité prix formidable. Comment combattre l'incivilité des gens qui fume dans les chambre ???? je reconnais pas facile , car le client part mais l'odeur reste pour longtemps..

The shuttle was not good; we called to ask for a shuttle in from the airport and were told to call when we got there. Upon calling, 3 hours later, we were told No shuttle, get a taxi. Frustrating.

la prise en charge de l'aéroport à l'hôtel inexistant, pour manger au restaurant 1h30 d'attente avant d'avoir un serveur qui vienne prendre la commande, le personnel incompétent, ils senfoutent complètement, aucun responsable à qui s'adresser, je ne retournerais plus jamais dans cette structure et la déconseille à mais amis ainsi qu'au futur voyageur

Chambre « Supérieure » à 100 € avec une salle de bain dangereuse : tablier de douche manquant, gravats apparents, fuite d’eau et hygiène douteuse (chasse d’eau non tirée).
Avec un enfant de 2 ans, le risque de blessure ou d’ingestion de gravats aurait été réel. Inadmissible.
Minibar annoncé avec produits gratuits : frigo vide.
À la réception, aucune solution sérieuse : seulement des excuses et un petit-déjeuner déjà payé.
Literie correcte mais deux lits simples collés, et isolation phonique catastrophique (voisins entendus toute la nuit).
Aucun geste de l’hôtel. Seul le groupe Louvre Hotels a proposé un vrai dédommagement.
Direction locale indifférente. Établissement à éviter.
