ホテルの位置はアルルの駅から歩いて10分もかからないところにありました。スタッフの方たちがとてもフレンドリーで頭が良さそう。ホテル自体がとても綺麗で洗練された家具と内装で快適でした。 カフェには、少しずつ選んで頼める惣菜みたいなものが沢山あってどれもおいしかったです✨

The hotel was centrally located. It was so easy to walk anywhere! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

La camera era molto piccola però i letto era confortevole e il bagno era eccellente. Pozioni centrale ottima per visitare la città.

Nous fréquentons Arles tous les ans pour les Rencontres Photographiques. Premiere fois à la Maison Volver et on y reviendra ! Très bel accueil, personnel au petit soin. Chambre très confortable avec une belle literie, une salle de bain spacieuse avec des produits de beauté de bonne qualité. Excellent petit dej, en terrasse, on vous prépare des œufs à façon, du pain perdu ou des pancakes. Parfait pour attaquer une journée d’expositions !

This hotel is perfectly situated in Arles You can walk to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly! The room was charming with wonderful linens, shower, views…. I would love to stay here again. The only thing to note is that the property does not have parking. The €10 parking that Expedia references is public city parking. There’s no guarantee to get a space when you arrive.

アルルの旧市街だからか、価格の割に冷蔵庫無い。建物全体が少し傾いている。 何泊かするなら、少し離れたチェーンホテルの方が部屋は広いし価格も、半額だし良い。

Great location- walkable to everything I wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants as soon as you walk out of the hotel. Staff was super helpful

Excellent location, easy walk to Amphitheater and nearby Roman Theatre Antique, restaurants, and train station.

A falta de elevador é o ponto fraco deste hotel, a localização é ótima, e os funcionários são atenciosos.No geral bom.

We gave the hotel 3 stars as a balance between positives and negatives. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was kept very clean; the bathroom was good and the shower excellent; the air conditioning struggled valiantly in the heatwave; the central location was helpful; and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet; although there was no private parking, there was ample public parking close by at a reasonable price, circa 10 euros per day/night. We did not happen to use the restaurant in the evenings but it was doing good business in a competitive environment, which speaks well for it. On the negative side, the room was absurdly small with barely enough space to move around the bed and minimal storage (certainly not worthy of a four-star hotel); the "shabby chic" look involved trashy, dysfunctional furniture (e.g., a bedside lamp too dim to read by); the sheets were uncomfortably rough-textured and unsuitable for hot weather; breakfast was skimpy and overpriced for what was allowed by the hotel's rationing.
