Très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour raison pro Le petit déjeuner, les lits, la serviabilité et l’amabilité du personnel, ainsi que le confort de la chambre étaient au rendez vous Je recommande! Petit bémol en période de salon le prix se voit rehausser de +40%… pas sûre que se soit justifié pour autant !

It’s the first time I’ve not enjoyed the breakfast, which was disappointing. More concerning, however, was the service. Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration. Is this really the level of hospitality that this Marriott in Lyon aims to offer its guests? Was excited about the day to begin but this just happen to me at the restaurant. The day is just ruin.
