Personnel super agréable et disponible, hôtel grand et spacieux. Brunch bien complet et hôtel bien situé, face a la mer. Petit bémol, nous avions pris un massage de 30 min qui au final a duré 20 min car nous avons été prises en retard avec mon amie et les masseuses ont quand même fini à l’heure.

The only redeeming fact about this hotel is that it’s on the water and the view is beautiful but other than that, it’s not a good place and I would not recommend it. The room smells and everything is outdated and the whole layout and concept is so weird. I’ve never been at a hotel that was so awkwardly designed. It’s terrible. The energy is weird and it was not a great stay for the week. I was there for work… the food is not great there and there’s not many options and it’s not super close to anything but location is nice that it’s on the water and you have the path but again run down hotel, not kept up at all. My coworker had to change rooms because of the smell and it’s still smelled in the second room.FYI.

What a fantastic hotel. Very cool decor, great staff, great food, and great bar options. It was clean, vibrant, and relaxing. The location is right on the water and is a great start point for a long, beautiful walk along the water. Parking on premises was super convenient. Definitely recommend this place!

Hôtel en travaux donc ambiance un peu particulière, très belle vue mais déçue par rapport à notre dernier séjour il y’a qqs années, les travaux gâchent le séjour, nous avons changé de chambre mais la 1ere chambre n’aurait jamais dû être mise à disposition. Le personnel a essayé d’être accommodant.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel fatigués après la route, avec simplement l’envie de nous détendre. Nous avons d’abord souhaité prendre un verre au bar, mais nous avons été très surpris par le prix particulièrement excessif des boissons : 16 € pour un simple Aperol, 12€ un verre de vin .. Devant ce tarif, nous avons préféré remonter dans notre chambre pour prendre un verre tranquillement… mais nous n’avions qu’un seul verre à pied pour deux personnes. Nous avons ensuite voulu profiter de la piscine. À notre grande surprise, celle-ci était déjà occupée par plusieurs personnes et l’accès était en plus payant,15€ par personne ce qui n’était absolument pas ce que nous attendions d’un hôtel de ce standing. De retour dans la chambre pour nous préparer à dîner, les mauvaises surprises ont continué : le distributeur de gel douche était vide. J’ai donc dû me laver avec le shampoing, et l’après-shampoing était inutilisable car le produit était dur et impossible à utiliser. En sortant de la douche, il n’y avait même plus de mouchoirs dans la chambre. Ne parlons pas du prix du parking 28 € la nuit . Au moment de notre départ, nous avons pris la peine d’expliquer ces différents problèmes à la réception. La seule réponse que nous avons reçue a été un simple « ah bon, très bien », sans aucune considération ni tentative de solution. Au vu du prix de la chambre et du standing revendiqué par votre établissement, nous trouvons cette expérience particulièrement déplorable et très décevante.
