This is a poorly managed hotel: we order for a 3-people bedroom and was told that it is the largest in the hotel. We expected the best, but it was far from it. Issues we encountered:
• We were charged 190 Euro local tax, which is much higher than that indicated on the hotel.com booking confirmation. We challenged the hotel about it, and after much confrontation, we were finally given a refund on the extra charges.
1) The hotel room use a key instead of card. Worse still, the door needs to be locked, i.e. it doesn't lock automatically when it was closed. This is the first time we've encountered such an inconvenient hotel room.
2) The safe doesn't work. We requested it to be fixed immediately as we want to store our valuables there given the pickpocket risk in Paris. Hotel staff, promised it'll be fixed 4-4:30pm and it is in their highest priority; didn't get a fix until late into the night, even though we've reminded them again around 5pm when no one has shown up.
3) The hotel offers free water and coffee capsules, but not tea bags nor creamers ! If you want them, you have to
