Very warm welcome from every staff you can meet. No matter at the lobby, the restaurants, the SPA and the corridor on the room floor, you can feel the sincerity of The Pen people who should be well cared by their boss. The Pen really keeps its promise - the guests are always well treated more than they expect. Deserve to save up to get The Pen experiences around the world.

We celebrate our 20th weeding anniversary in Paria, where we spent our honey moon , so it is a very meaningful trip. The Pennisula, Paris, is even more luxurious than The Pennisula in Hong Kong with modern electronic service, which is very convenient.. The staff is very polite and helpful. Our junior suite is worth for its value, even all drinks and snacks ptovided in the room are free of charge that it is the first time I ever experienced during my over 20 year's travelling life. The stay at the Pennisula, Parris will be our excellent memory and definitely I will recommend to my business and private friends. The only dissatisfaction is the Chinese restraint, where the staff does not show respect to guest and food is below common Chinese standard.

My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!

The mattress had one very deep, worn area on each side, once you rolled into it, you were stuck there for the night. They left dirty dishes in our room for our entire four nights stay, which they didn’t remove until we asked. Except for the croissants breakfast was very underwhelming.

The property is great, bed is comfy, towels are plushy and delicious, cleanliness is amazing and the hotel staff were very nice but the restaurant was highly disappointing. I am unfortunately rating the hotel based on the restaurant experience as well. The one part that was completely unacceptable on the hotel's part is that I had amenities delivered to our suite twice during my stay that included an allergen for me and when I expressed this at check out, the answer I received was, "It would have been better if you had let us know yesterday." Well, it would have been better if the hotel had read all of the notes on my profile as they were fully aware from weeks beforehand and in writing. Also, I felt very ill during my stay so calling In-Room Services was not a priority and I should not have to be the one pointing this humongous mistake out if I have already given the hotel the information. This is particularly dangerous if you have children! Regarding the restaurant, when I ordered the 40 Euro "Exotic Berries" plate which was simply a tiny plate (size of a handful at best) of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, it came with visibly moldy blueberries. Also, part of Wait Staff was very rude.

Overall the property was excellent including location, condition and the amenities. However, one thing that was lacking was a warmth from the staff especially from the front staff. They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.
