Vign 'appart

L’appartement était superbe au niveau qualité de l’ameublement. Le seul bémol est l’odeur d’humidité qui appelait réflexion n’est pas surprenante pour la chambre située dans la cave voûtée. Elle est d’ apparence magnifique mais avec les contraintes d’une cave. le déshumidificateur installé est malheureusement trop bruyant pour le laisser fonctionner la nuit. J’y retournerai peut-être, mais dans une autre chambre.

The little apartment was great, clean, tidy and well equipped. Only challenge was the pullout sofa bed was very creaky and therefore not the best night's sleep. Lovely place and lovely town.

Die Apartments sind zwar nicht gerade groß, aber sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Vor allem auch die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Die letzte Renovierung ist sicherlich noch nicht so lange her und alles ist in einem sehr modernen neuen Zustand. Der Checkin funktionierte wunderbar und auch die Kommunikation war einfach. Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gibt es ein paar Meter die Straße runter auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Wir hatten mehrfach auch Glück und direkt einen Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft gefunden. Der einzige Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit. Grundsätzlich war das Apartment sehr sauber, wenn man jedoch das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt hat, war darunter eine Schatztruhe und auch sehr viel Staub. Das war mein einziger Wermutstropfen.

Wifi was very week. Stairway in hall and appartment were very steep and narrow.

There is a lot to say about our stay at Vign 'appart, only a little bit about it is good. Firstly, our confirmation email from Expedia said we would be met at reception when we arrived. This didn't happen. The door was looked and no one was there. The sign on the door said to use the intercom, but there isn't any intercom, so we called the number on the door of the hotel and no one answered, so I looked at our confirmation email from Expedia and found a different number, which was answered by Mathew, the proprietor. Mathew doesn't speak English, but fortunately my high school French was enough to understand the code he told me to punch in to enter the building and to understand where to find the key for our room. We stayed in the Chambertin Suite and I urge you to avoid this suite at all costs. When you enter the building, you notice a strong smell of mildew. When you enter the Chambertin Suite which is on the ground floor, that smell gets much worse. This small suite has the bedroom in the cellar, which looks cool in the photos, but is mouldy. There are several incense bottles and a dehumidifier in the bedroom, but it is still damp and the mildew smell is overpowering. We had paid for 3 nights, but left after two after both my husband and I felt unwell after two nights in the cellar. I developed a lung infection from the mould, which affected the rest of our vacation and 11 days later I still have a very significant cough. Mathew is nice, but his hotel has issues.

Great location. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid, room Chambertin is underground, stairs to go down are not really adapted for kids, old or overweighted people, slight humidity, no wifi signal. Considering the price is fair but only good for one night but wouldn’t stay again, moving around is impossible when the sofa is open. It’s clean and staff is nice.

Property was modern and very clean, a very nice stay. The was a problem on arrival, the key was not left in the key box and so we had to make a call the owners as nobody was present at the property. This is an important part of the experience and more care needs to be taken to ensure that keys are left for guests

Clean modern rooms with best air conditioning. Utilities to beat most hotels. Good comms and friendly staff

Zero communication with these people, even Hotels.com gave up! I don’t think they are legitimate business as we tried to cancel but phones and emails proved a waste of time. Would never stay somewhere where there are no people to communicate with, makes you wonder what sort of a business it is!

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소입니다. 4살 아이가 있어서 복층 계단이 좀 위험하긴 했지만 침대는 편안했고, 욕실도 깨끗하고 집도 따뜻했습니다. 동네도 아기자기 잘 꾸며져 있고 길거리도 깔끔했습니다. 길거리 무료 주차를 했는데 안전해보였습니다.

Nice, modern rooms. Our room was a bit dusty. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Great if you need to cook for a kid or yourself. There is a washing machine if necessary. City parking very near. Charging for electric vehicles is a one minute walk away. 20 cents per kilowatt

Charme, propreté confort, wifi performant. Très bonne organisation à l’arrivée.
