The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. Access after the front desk closed was straightforward and easy with directions sent via email. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night!

Bar mit freundlichem Personal, Preise eher hoch. Frühstück überdurchschnittlich gut, aber auch nicht ganz günstig.
Ich komme gern wieder.

Wie immer sehr gut. Service super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin fast jeden Woche im 2nd Home und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Einzig diesmal ein negativer Punkt.
Lärmig (und Rauch von Rauchern) spät am Abend (-24Uhr) wegen Rauchern draussen vor dem Eingang. Da mein Zimmer über dem Eingang lag, war dies sehr unangenehm.
Werde das nächste Mal ein Zimmer in einem anderen Bereich verlangen.

Ich steige fast immer im 2nd Home ab wenn ich in Nördlingen bin (regelmässig). Das Hotel ist neu, modern, sauber, gut gelegen und eigentlich ist (fast) alles top.
Diesmal (Anfang Juli) war es sehr heiss (36C) aber leider gibt es im 2nd Home keine Klimaanlage. Es war fast unerträglich in den Zimmern. Es steht zwar ein Ventilator im Zimmer der etwas Abhilfe bringt aber es war trotzdem fast unmöglich zu schlafen.
Als 4-Sterne Hotel ist zu erwarten dass dieser Komfort geboten wird. Deshalb heute nicht die top Bewertung aber dennoch eine sehr gute Bewerbung.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Leider ist die Sauna nur in einem bestimmten Zimmer verfügbar und nicht wie auf der Homepage "im öffentlichen Bereich"! Das war etwas enttäuschend, da ich das Hotel vor allem wegen der Sauna gesucht & gebucht habe!
