Wie jede Woche war es auch bei diesem Aufenthalt wieder sehr gut. Das beste Hotel in Nördlingen.

The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. Access after the front desk closed was straightforward and easy with directions sent via email. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night!

Wie immer war meine Zimmer sehr gut. Auch (fast) alles andere war wie immer top. Ich reiste etwas früher an und das Zimmer war bereits um 11 Uhr bezugsbereit.
Wir haben an einem Abend im Restaurant gegessen und da war es sehr offensichtlich dass die Küche/das Restaurant zuwenig Personal haben. Wie wir sehen konnten, war nur eine Person anwesend um sich um die gesamte Bedienung zu kümmern (und es waren doch über 10 Tische besetzt). Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber für uns dauerte es eine Stunde vom Reinkommen bis wir unser Essen bekamen. Die Situation wurde erkannt und uns wurde eine Nachtisch "auf das Haus" offeriert was sehr freundlich war und uns wieder etwas versönlicher gestimmt hat.
Wie gesagt, im Allgemeinen immer noch sehr zufrieden mit der Erfahrung im 2nd-Home aber im Bereich Restaurant sollte mehr Personal sein. Es war bei früheren Restaurantbesuchen deutlich besser.

Wie immer sehr gut. Service super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin fast jeden Woche im 2nd Home und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Einzig diesmal ein negativer Punkt.
Lärmig (und Rauch von Rauchern) spät am Abend (-24Uhr) wegen Rauchern draussen vor dem Eingang. Da mein Zimmer über dem Eingang lag, war dies sehr unangenehm.
Werde das nächste Mal ein Zimmer in einem anderen Bereich verlangen.

Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes funktionales, optisch und qualitativ gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Boxspringbetten eher hoch und angenehm hart.
Bar mit freundlichem Personal, Preise eher hoch. Frühstück überdurchschnittlich gut, aber auch nicht ganz günstig.
Ich komme gern wieder.
