No AC inside the rooms. We were told that our first room had an issue with AC, but when we returned to our second room after dinner, it was also broken?. Not a nice night and no discount even proposed.

Das Hotel war sauber und in guter Lage. Es gab direkt hinter dem Hotel Parkplätze und auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Zimmer war groß genug für 2 Personen und das Personal freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig.

Vi havde bare brug for en enkelt overnatning på vej ned igennem Tyskland og der fungerer det fint. Savnede lidt grønt og skåret frugt på morgenbuffeten - der var kun hele pærer, bananer osv. værelserne er virkelig lydtætte hvilket jo også gør man ikke kan åbne et vindue ud imod togbanen - men der er fin luft fra en stille aircondition. Alt i alt er meget fint ophold.

5 Sterne gibt's insbesondere für die nette Junge Frau an der Rezeption beim Check in. Sehr sehr freundlich und immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Wird heutzutage immer seltener. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr sauber uns auch sehr leise. Nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und würden das nächste mal das gleiche Hotel auswählen.

Beim Check In wurde mir zugesagt die Rechnung beim Check Out zu erhalten. Beim Check Out wurde mir diese verweigert, sehr unangenehm wenn die Rechnung im original notwendig ist. Nicht empfehlenswert für geschäftliche Aufenthalte.

Roomservice teilt im Doppelzimmer nur Handtücher für eine Person aus. Plastikbecher im Bad eingespart wg Umweltschutz. Schon mal was von Gläsern gehört? Zimmer Service muss bestellt werden, sonst wird das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht. Auch hier wird der Umweltschutz angeführt. Na wenn es dafür mal nicht andere Gründe gibt… also keine Hotelkette, die ich zukünftig wieder buchen werde.
