Staff was friendly and helpful with providing information for transportation. The room was amazing and spacious. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi next to the bed and the patio view. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Die Lage war gut, Zimmer schön gross.
Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und dies in der Ferienzeit. Die Bar war ebenfalls geschlossen. Dies wurde uns aber erst mitgeteilt als wir im Restaurant standen. Wir hatten die Deluxe Suite. Diese war sehr gross, jedoch nicht sonderlich sauber.

Wir haben als Familie eine Junior Suite für 2 Nächte gebucht. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir ohne Frühstück das Hotel fluchtartig verlassen. Es ist so hellhörig, wir haben den Lichtschalter des Nachbarzimmers hören können und es herrschete im Hotel zuerst bis um 1 Uhr Nachts Festzeltstimmung mit lauter Musik und danach +18 Stimmung. An der Rezeption wurde auf unsere Aussage diesbezüglich absolut verständnisvoll zugestimmt, da ihnen das Problem bekannt ist. Die Türe im Gang knallt im übrigen unglaublich laut, auch da wird nichts gemacht.... in der Dusche lauert absolute Unfallgefahr, da der Boden total rutschig ist. Von Premiumbettwaren keine Spur - nur klumpige Watteknollen im Kissen.
Trotz Versprechen, dass sich der Inhaber noch bei uns melden wird, wegen den Umständen, haben wir keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten.
Für jede Familie, welche sich auf den Europapark freut, ist es eine ganz gemeine Sachen, so etwas als familienfreundlich zu verkaufen.
Wir haben bis heute keine Rückerstattung oder Entschädigung erhalten - welch eine Abzocke

Vi bookede familie værelset der var dejligt stort. 2 store dobbeltsenge og gode toilet+bade faciliteter. Værelset havde også egen jacuzzi og kæmpe TV. Der var yderligere en lille altan med udsigt over byen.

Hervorragendes Hotel in der Nähe des Europaparks. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. - Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
An der Reception sagte man uns, wir könnten den Shuttle Bus nehmen, der vor dem Eingang des Bell Rock Hotels abfährt. Dieser Bus fährt aber nicht zum Haupteingang, sondern zu einem Eingang, der für Gäste der Parkhotels reserviert ist. - Das könnte man besser kommunizieren.

Pluss:
Superfint hotell med rene rom og aircondiotion. Barna storkoste seg i bassenget og vi voksne slappet av i bakgården ved siden av. Veldig hyggelig personale.
Minus: litt harde senger og frokost åpnet først 7:30, og vi måtte dra til flyplassen 7:15 og rakk ikke frokost.
Kommer gjerne tilbake hit:)
Tips: Bruk gratis shuttlebus til hovedinngangen europapark. (Kun europapark hotellgjester får bruke inngangen nære hotellet)

Eigenlijk bijna alles was wel goed, het hotel had duidelijk te kampen met personeelsgebrek maar een paar medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en deden echt hun best. Schoonmaakpersoneel had in mijn persoonlijke spullen gezeten en een paar keer niet schoongemaakt. Maar dat nam niet weg dat het over het algemeen een fijn hotel was.

Second time we stayed at this Hotel. Close to entrance Europa Park through the Hotel Bell Rock. Lidl and Edeka and a Bakery close by!
Apartment big enough to sleep 7 people, with Kitchen and a small terrace. Only one bathroom though! And the shower sets everything under water in the bathroom. A bit expensive for an Apartment, but not much choices if you want to sleep 7 people! Nevertheless, next year we would book again the same Apartment.
