Hotel Indigo BERLIN - EAST SIDE GALLERY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏

Sehr schickes Zimmer, tolles Design. Frühstück mit 27€ schon teuer, aber sehr gut. Freundliches Team. Gute Lage, vor der Türe fährt der Bus 300, in 9 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am S Bahnof Warschauer Straße.

Great location, bed was very comfortable, room and facilities excellent. Loved the toiletries. Staff very friendly

Good standard of the room, but service at the reception was not great from the day time staff (evening staff was great). Was in particular one lady that was pretty rude and condescending. Pretty unusual for a hotel at this price level.

Great hotel, easy check in. Comfy bed, great breakfast and great location.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Uber Platz und Spreeufer. Hier bleibt kein (kulinarischer) Wunsch unerfüllt. Das Hotel bietet sowohl in der Lobby als auch im gesamten Hotel verteilt kleine Oasen der Ruhe, die zum verweilen zurückziehen. Der Fitnessraum ist auch auf Yoga ausgelegt - großes Plus, besonders vor dem toll sortierten Frühstücksbüffet.

Es war alles perfekt.

Sehr modernes, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Gutes Frühstücksangebot wenn auch etwas teurer.

Leider ist Parken sehr teuer mit 35€ pro Nacht

Really surprisingly reasonably priced hotel with beautiful accommodations!!! I LOVE an IHG hotel. They always are the best.

Indigo is mostly a nice hotel. It cannot receive 5 stars though, because they have these utterly useless and annoying sliding glassdoors to the bathroom. No one wants a door to the toilet that does nothing for sound or smell and hardly anything for sight. Please just give me a proper door! Also, the pillows are very stiff. Other than that, I like the hotel a lot. The service is really good, breakfast is extremely well laid out and the decor is decent. Right next door to the arena. Oh, if you are going by car, park at the East Side Mall for 14 €/day rather than the parking garage around the corner for 28 €/day.
