Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass man hier - anders als in den meisten anderen Hotels - bis 12.00 Uhr frühstücken kann. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert.

到科隆大教堂走路十五分鐘,算是方便且乾淨的住宿空間,
比較不方便的是停車位,須要請飯店櫃台服務人員帶位,
離開停車場時也是.早餐還算好吃,種類不多,適合短暫留宿.

Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Großes Badezimmer. Alles da was man benötigt. Man könnte ein paar Kleiderhaken an die wand anbringen, um Jacke aufhängen zu können. Alles sehr ruhig. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt.

Wonderful staff. Modern clean hotel and walkable to everything. breakfast was amazing. The beds were extremely hard though and pillows flat. The drains did not drain.

Die Parkplatzsituation muss dringend gelöst werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass ich beim Einchecken bezahle und dann drei Tage auf einem Parkplatz für Elektrofahrzeuge stehen muss. Das ist unfair gegenüber Gästen, die wirklich darauf angewiesen wären.
Die Damen an der Rezeption könnten auch mal üben, was Freundlichkeit bedeutet. Beim Auschecken wurde ich nicht einmal gefragt, wie mein Aufenthalt war. Die einzige Frage war, ob ich etwas aus der Minibar hatte. Das wirkt einfach respektlos.
Respekt an die Herren an der Rezeption. Wenigstens dort funktioniert der Umgang mit Gästen.

Hervorragend, sauber, ordentlich, genügend Platz. Mit Kaffeemaschine, leider ohne Wasserkocher. Frühstücksraum wie in einer Bahnhofshalle und sehr laut. Normaler Kaffee zum Frühstück. Möchte man Cappuccino etc. kostet extra. Personal überall sehr freundlich!
