Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage zur Stadt und Schlosspark Sanccouci. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aussichtsturm. Potsdam lässt sich von hier aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Very nice spa on the basement floor. Main Entrance has a special light red carpet that will make you feel as a special guest visitor. The hotel is more beautiful from the outside rather than inside.

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. 4 Sterne aber würde ich nicht vergeben. Da gibt es vergleichbare Hotels die deutlich besser sind . Platzangebot im Zimmer geht so. Überall Treppen ohne Fahrstühle. Ich frage mich wie ältere Gäste ihre Koffer in die Zimmer bringen sollen. Personal im Frühstücksbereich nicht wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Personal an der Rezeption top

Ankom kl 22:30 og fandt nøglen som anvist i telefonen. MEN Nøglen passede ikke i værelses døren og Ingen tog telefonerne. Vi ringede 7 gange. .... rigtig dårlig service. Til sidst lykkedes det ved egeng hjælp at finde en anden nøgle. Men det tog et time. Bortset fra det var hotellet rigtig fint.

The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh!

For det første ligger hotellet perfekt -tæt på Sanssouci og centrum, omgivet af andre flotte villaer. Hotellet er fint renoveret, men det er et gammelt hus, så værelserne er forskellige. Vores var stort med balkon mod haven. Rigtig,rigtig flot indrettet, alt var rent og velfungerende. Og endelig morgenmaden - rigtig gode ting, serveret i en buffet. En enkelt overvejelse - der er trapper både inde og ude.
