Great location in Heideberg. The bridge is just next to the hotel entrance! The breakfast is superb!! Must add breakfast! However, the walls are quite thin, be prepared to hear about what people are doing in next door 😂

Excellent location but keep an extra eye on which room you reserve. The one we reserved apparently was the one whose window opens to hallway which made it quite claustrophobic. If you prefer firm mattresses, beware, this might not be the most comfortable sleep you may have.

Room was clean but very noisy and hot. Difficult to locate check-in and parking is non-existent.

We had booked a room at the hotel, but upon arrival we were assigned a room in a separate building about 100 metres away. We had paid extra for a river view, but the only way to see the river was to lean out over the balcony. It was definitely not worth the extra money.

Great location. Room is nice. Due to the hotel being a historic building there is no air conditioning so the room is very warm on hot days. There is no parking or drop off area so be prepared to walk with luggage on cobbled streets from the parkade.

Not connected to the actual dining/hotel. We stayed down the road.

Lange Haare auf dem Leintuch, Abfalleimer noch von Vorgänger gefüllt, schrecklicher Geruch aus der Dusche und sehr staubige Plastikpflanzen.

Underbart hotell med ett perfekt läge. Jätte lyxiga stora fina rum (med AC) otroligt mysigt med utsikt mot slottet och muren. Frukosten var magisk! Super gott och otroligt rent och fräscht. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

The hotel was in a great location, staff was friendly and rooms had character. Hotels.com advertised that it had air conditioning but it does not, it has fans. We came when it was 30C/90F+ and we didn’t sleep well because of only one fan. We understand more historical buildings won’t have AC, we just wish it wasn’t advertised that way. Otherwise, comfortable beds, great darkening curtains, clean bathroom and lots of character. We would stay here again, just not when it’s a heat wave.

I loved this place! It was very relaxing! I honestly couldn’t have been happier. It is a little ways away from where all the action is, which is mostly good, but it’s central enough that within 10 or 15 minutes you can be in interesting places. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, everywhere to see is less than a 10 minute walk. Park your car at P12 and walk to the hotel. Breakfast is a must, great selection and wonderful staff. Bring your earplugs since you’ll keep the windows open for ventilation.

Perfect location, easily walkable to everywhere you want to be! Staff was always helpful, and the restaurant on the property had amazing food. Would happily stay here again.

First was Sebastian- one of the owners- who made our trip special by upgrading us to a Junior Suite. The room was large and in great condition and all the staff were welcoming and charming. It really is a wonderful place and the outside fits in with the old town look and feel. Everything inside was modern and very well kept. The location is perfect and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
