Die Klimaanlage laut und ineffizient und Fenstergriff schlecht erreichbar musste zum Öffnen auf den Stuhl steigen. Personal etwas unmotiviert. Im Vergleich zu den letzten Aufenthalten etwas enttäuschend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof was die Anreise sehr leicht macht. Check In war schnell, freundlich und ohne Probleme da ich bereits vorher online alle Angaben gemacht hatte. Zimmer und Bad sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Aufgrund der Lage uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Der Fussboden (Teppich) im Zimmer war voller großer Flecken (im Eingangsbereich und vom Bad bis zum Bett). Es ist offensichtlich versucht worden hier intensiv zu reinigen, aber das Ergebnis war bescheiden. Ich fühlte mich unwohl, habe aber erst zur Abreise auf den Mangel hingewiesen.Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und der Service angemessen.

Die Nähe zum Regionalbahnhof ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 8.Etage. Was mir gar nicht gefiel: Der Teppich war voller Flecken die schon längere Zeit eingezogen waren.

The air conditioning was a life saver. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable but could use a couple extra pillows. The breakfast has a good selection of items for any taste and everything is fresh. The location is great as bus, train and subway are 3 minutes from the Hotel entrance. It is a bit noisy as it is located at a major intersection but closing the window takes care of that. A major shopping center is located right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Direkt Anbindung a den Bahnhof Spandau, dadurch aber etwas laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Fenster sind aber hervorragend Schall isoliert, so dass man nichts hört.
