Simply hotel, clean and fully recommended. Handled by special VIP associates of General Manager and his Assistant. Modern minimalist interior and all attentive services. Well done

I was impressed with this Ibiz hotel and its team. Prior to my departure I contacted the hotel twice to inquire about the late check-out option and again to inform about my late arrival. The hotel staff was prompt with replying in less than 24 hours.
When I arrived, the hotel staff already awaiting for me. They were extremely caring in helping me and my kids to settle in.
I had reserved the family room. The beds were clean and well made. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and indeed cleaner than many high-mid range hotels in New York city (such as Hilton, Comfort Inn, etc.).
The shuttle is very convenient and takes only 15 min to get to/from the airport. It runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle stops in Terminal -1, which is the main international terminal in Frankfurt airport.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially because of how caring the hotel staff was. They really tried to meet all our needs and that impressed us. Thank you, Ibiz team. Will definitely come back again.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was wonderful! Hotel was clean and had all one would need for a stay before or after a flight at FRA. The restaurant/bar area served a wide variety of snacks and meals. I am glad to have found the Ibis. Will be back!

Personal und Sauberkeit ohne Beanstandungen, Betten aber furchtbar unbequem, Pritsche mit Auflage, Kissen unbequem, die Zuteilung des Zimmers katastrophal, mit Kleinkind direkt über dem Eingang und über dem Raucherbereich - also konnten wir aus verschiedenen Gründen kein Fenster öffnen (Lärm und Qualm) und das Frühstück naja, wie schon oft erwähnt, Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.
Es war ok, aber wir würden nicht noch mal hier übernachten.

El problema es que no tienen restaurante entre las 11am y las 6pm. No tienen venta de snacks o bebidas. Larga historia corta, si tienes hambre o sed entre esas horas tienes que salir a un Supermercado a 300 mts. Aparte está en un lugar poco agraciado del pueblo colindante al aeropuerto.

Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Hotel ist praktisch in Flughafennähe gelegen, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett bequem.
Leider waren der Fußboden im Zimmer und im Bad verschmutzt und die Nachttische verklebt. Im Bett lagen lange dunkle Haare. Auch roch es unangenehm nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch.
Ich hätte gern eine noch höhere Bewertung gegeben, aber die Sauberkeit ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig.
