Central placering; god morgenmadsbuffet, noget støj i hotelværelse på 1. sal pga. undergrundsbane - vi fik dog efterfølgende et værelse på 4. sal

Op zich een goed hotel. Een beetje gedateerd, maar schoon en van alles voorzien. Ontbijt was erg goed! Wel jammer dat de schoonmaakster tijdens het ontbijt het nodig vond om te gaan stofzuigen. Prima hotel om als uitvalbasis te gebruiken om Berlijn te verkennen.

Et fint ophold men til 4 stjerner var det ikke havde bestilt business værelse og det levede det bestemt ikke op til

Nice location, we were able to walk to most places. Close to transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment which meant we had loads of space. We would stay there again.

La réception de l’hotel et le personnel est excellent. L’emplacement est très bien situé. Beau séjour!

Perfect location and confort

Fint størrelse værelser, dårlig seng. Man kan ikke købe noget med dankort mm. Man køber for over 10€ mener jeg beløbet var! Man skal betale 19€ for parkering hos hotellet om søndagen, hvor det koster gratis ude på vejen

Staff and hotel were brilliant

Beautifully decorated hotel, with a lovely spa and very friendly and helpful staff. Inclusion of Breakfast and Minibar in the price was a nice surprise. My go-to hotel in Berlin now.

Bra serviceminded personal, trevliga också Hotellet ligger i bra läge Mitte. Även prisvärt. Ett påpekande dock om städningen. Golvet med heltäckningsmatta måste dammsugas varje dag, särskilt i dessa dagar medhöga dammnivåer i luften.

Nice location, close to city centrum and metro …however … the pictures did not match expectations the “sales picture” is the neighbour restaurant next to the hotel Old and outdated rooms Waited 20 minutes for a receptionist when we arrived! Had to go get her at their other hotel across the street later that day, for service More 3 than 4 stars

Excellent room EXCEPT some fool had installed the curtain rail to follow the slope of the ceiling. Naturally that meant the curtain just slides down the slope. We suggested a solution of pegging that section of curtain to the larger section of curtain which was not sloping down. We asked if they could provide some way to pin them together. The receptionist insisted it would be taken care of by the housekeeping staff. It wasn't. Put a do not disturb on the door or be interrupted by a knocking on the door at 8:30am.

Hotel accogliente pulito e confortevole

Très bien, parfaitement adapté à notre séjour. Personnel très agréable et disponible.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Nice have two separated rooms with thier own bathrooms. The kitchenette is ok but there needs to and there is space for a little worktop to prepare or chop foods and also needs for cupboards space to place not chilled food. Also not good only have one safe in one of the rooms plus the safe is very small to fit a 11" tablet in. The bed is very comfortable but pillows are way too soft. Had to request two more. The blackout curtains are brilliant, no light gets through. The bathrooms are large with a supply of shower gels and shampoos pity the only shelf in there is too high. It nice to have access to the iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. The bar is closed for some reason even the one in the opposite hotel. Not sure why? This hotel doesnt serve breakfast or a sauna but the opposite hotel can be used for these and luckily its not far. There a few restaurants close by and a supermarket around 3 mins walk away. Also the underground station is 2 mins walk away. It was a lovely stay and would definitely stay again and again.
