Located close to central station and u-bahn. Clean rooms. Bar area didnt seem staffed - maybe it was just my timing. I didnt deduct points as others might not care, but having chosen the hotel since it had a kettle, i was not impressed by having to drink out of a nasty plastic cup.

Hotellet var ganska fint även om området var lite tråkigt. Rummet var fint och väldigt tyst trots att vi bodde mittemot hissen på våning 1, sängarna superbekväma. Badrummet nyrenoverat. Det enda som drar ner betyget är att det inte fanns en minibar i rummet. Ett 4-stjärnigt hotell utan minibar i rummet?! Man kan behöva det inte bara för att hålla i lite frukt och vatten, men ibland även medicinerna behöver stå i kylskåpet. Så jag säger bara: skaffa minibar till rummen!

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Hotel Berlin City! The hotel was clean and everything felt very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great local tips. The location is excellent. It's a few steps away from the tram and just a few minutes’ walk from the U-Bahn, which made getting around Berlin quick and easy. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!
