非常好，位置也很方便。

适合商务出差，位置环境一流，下次还订

地點相當好，就在萊茵河畔，服務人員態度佳。

Itz our 2nd time here. We will choice Mercure if we plan to Koblenz

good location, breakfast was nice, room is a little bit small but acceptable.

The hotel is well located though we booked it for the secure parking. Entry to & exit from the car park is a perilous exercise with high kerbs; watch your alloy wheels or you’ll be paying more for the night away than you’d budgeted…..

Solo arreglan el cuarto bajo pedido, lo que me parece que más que cuidar el medio ambiente, se trata de ahorrar los salarios del personal que los arregla. La luz en la habitación es demasiado tenue, ponen la calefacción muy alta y no se pueden abrir las ventanas.

The room is a bit old, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping has to be requested at the front desk the day before, otherwise is on the third day of the stay. In general is good an 8/10.

Si globalement, le Mercure de Coblence est satisfaisant du niveau quatre étoiles que nous connaissons, mais la chambre numéro 516 comporte une salle de bain, digne des Hotel de Préfecture entre parenthèses qui n’ont pas de classement) : l’évier de belles taille n’est pas bien fixé et est susceptible de décrocher sur s’appui, ballon, encontre ment dessus de la salle de bain, effectivement conforte, déséquilibre des éléments pour l’équilibre, les personnes handicapées circuit bien, mais l’écoulement de l’eau est pitoyablement mauvais qui ignore la pièce par un écoulement collant l’orifice d’écoulement d’ailleurs est petit et vrai Sables vraiment plus ou moins bouché. Ceci aurait pu être remarqué depuis de nombreux semaines, je pense par le personnel responsable du suivi technique.trois

Allt till belåtenhet och vänlig personal. Ett minus för att restaurangen var stängd på söndagar. Det enda som gick att få var uppvärmd soppa eller liknande. Inte vad man förväntar sig på ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.

Hadde rom i 7de etasje med veldig flott utsikt mot byen. Gode senger og rommet var rent med god størrelse. Badet bar noen tegn på slitasje. Hotellets resepsjonsområde var under oppussing men ikke noe som hadde betydning for oppholdet. God frokost med bra utvalg. Parkeringshus under hotellet med heis opp til resepsjonen var topp da vi hadde bil.

Easy check-in, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Returning stay and we were given perks!

A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures.
