Excellent from start to finish!!!
Even when we needed to be moved due to the fact we initally booked rooms with double beds, but ended up with twin beds, there was no aggro, and Jose accomodated us fabulosuly.
Breakfast was top draw too, with a huge selection of hot and cold food on offer.
Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were decent too with the shower deserving of a special mention as that was fab!
All in all, somewhere myself and my group (6 guys in their late 40s) would highly recommend.

El hotel esta muy bien en general. Lo unico malo fue que reservamos family room y la cama adicional era un sofá cama super incomodo y con unos rieles que lastiman las piernas al sentarse. Fuera de eso, excelente opcion, muy buen desayuno, inmejorable ubicación, excelente servicio del front desk y restaurante. Recomendado en visita a Berlin.

Travelling via train from airport really easy. Nice and clean hotel room and public areas. Location good for open top bus and checkpoint Charlie. Breakfast good spread but busy and restaurant too warm. The downside of this hotel is the lack of bars and highly rated restaurants around it.
