斯圖加特機場NH酒店

it is a typical airport hotel. Nice and cleat. but small , and not many facilities........ only one restaurant, food is average. they did provide an additional bed for third person, without too much extra charges........ a small mall right across the street, with supermarket, a small foodcourt. I regretted that I chose to eat in the hotel restaruant. I would rather eat in the food court instead, if I knew its quality....... but the room itself is large , with bath tub. oeverall, I think it is good given its low price compared with other hotel....

Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean and space design is good

check in時 查不到資料 口氣不耐煩 也沒主動給wifi帳號密碼 跟他要就隨便拿了別的房客的給我們 還可以看到姓名入住時間房號 很沒隱私的感覺

靠近機場~很適合早班飛機的客人

非常新非常好的酒店，各方面设施都很齐全，健身房的设施也齐备。房间很新很大，wifi也很快，非常满意的体验

This Hotel is quite good, near by the exhibition and airport, also you can use shutter bus to the air port connect S-Line to Main city. clear, and breakfast taste

Ich bereue es sehr, diesem Hotel nur aufgrund seines bekannten Hotelnamens vertraut und eine Reservierung vorgenommen zu haben. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist so schlecht, dass eine Bewertung dafür beinahe Luxus wäre. Das Hotel sollte die Schulung seines Reinigungspersonals dringend und grundlegend überarbeiten. Gerade die Bereiche, bei denen absolute Sauberkeit unerlässlich ist – wie Badezimmer, Handtücher und Bettwäsche – waren in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Ich frage mich, woher dieses Hotel sein Selbstvertrauen nimmt. Es ist schon beinahe beschämend, dass man die Gäste überhaupt um eine Bewertung bittet. Besonders ältere Hotels benötigen regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch nichts weiter als Dekoration und funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Auch der Kühlschrank war lediglich beleuchtet, während das Kühlsystem komplett außer Betrieb war. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm und mit erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden. Anstatt ständig um Bewertungen zu bitten, sollte das Hotel endlich konkrete Maßnahmen ergreifen und die offensichtlichen Mängel tatsächlich beheben.

Germany is in the middle of a historic heat wave. All air-conditioning are struggling, to include this hotel's. They were very apologetic and comped our breakfast. Great hotel!

Good hotel, clean and good value for the price.

Good hotel. Solid amenities. Free water in the lobby, plenty of parking. Staff very kind and helpful everywhere (reception, breakfast, restaurant) – kudos to them. Breakfast good, not as rich as other 4-stars I have been to (no pancakes, limited hot options), but overall fine and nothing to complain about. Downside: my room (614) had an annoying humming noise that kept coming and going. Likely from the ventilation (bathroom or corridor, not 100% sure). Stayed only one night, arrived late and was exhausted, so didn’t bother changing room. Will keep it in mind next time. Would I go back? Yes. Same room? No.

There were 2 points that were annoying; however, the rest was excellent. I liked the cleanliness, the space of the room, the good and well connected location of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere. Now the 2 points the hotel management could improve. Both are of technical nature. Throughout my stay of over 2 weeks I had problems with the water for the shower and sink. The water was or got extremely hot and I had to call the hotel reception frequently to help me to adjust the temperature to "normal". I got told it was a malfunction of the water heating system. The solution was something they did on their side and I had to let run the water for 5 to 10 minutes. Even though this inconvenience was known of (I was told by hotel management) it didn't get fixed within 2 weeks. The next point is the air conditioning. Once the weather got warmer I wasn't able to cool down my room sufficiently. Nevertheless, I would stay at this hotel again because the rest was perfect compared to what I had expected. If they only would fix their technical insufficiencies it actually would be a great place to stay.

Super nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein sehr sauberes Hotel zudem auch sehr entgegenkommend

Bitte Staubfegen. Mein Zimmer war sehr Staubig und die Klima Anlage ging nicht. Hab jetzt leider Schnupfen. Aber trotzdem super Hotel und ein hervorragendes Personalteam

Frühstücksmenü okay, aber an den Tisch kam keine Servicekraft. Musste für Bestellung zu einer Servicekraft gehen.
