Really nice hotel. Nice welcome on arrival and small activity packs for the children. Good location for the river and chocolate museum and not too far to walk to the central area of the city (about 20 minutes). We stayed here for 4 nights in a heat wave (+35c), and the room stayed comfortable with the cooling/ventilation running. Ate one evening in the hotel restaurant - food was good. Great selection at breakfast. Would recommend!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The only we can complain is the room is too small for 4 people, even 2 of them are kids. We stayed at different Novotel hotels in several cities, none of other ones is with such a small room. We barely can find a place to open our 28" suitcase.

Good location, front of house helpful building a bit tired. The safe had to be fixed and the door came off and trapped my son in. We had a view of the satellite display as well which wasn't great despite an upgraded room. Breakfast and service is amazing, the bar not so great... Not bad.

Spotless hotel with lovely bedrooms. €21 per night to park, so this would be really pricey if staying a few nights. Breakfast is also pricey if you’ve a family to pay for, so we didn’t have it which was a shame. Reception staff were very busy, but friendly. I had emailed asking for a twin and a double room close to each other or connecting for my older children. Despite receiving a response at the time, this was not acted upon and we were given two double rooms. In the end we were 3 floors away from each other, which wasn’t ideal.

This hotel is in a great location, ten minute walk from the Olympic museum as well as the chocolate museum. 15 minute drive/taxi from to airport makes it great for getting your holiday started as soon as possible

Wir haben einen Geburtstag dort gefeiert. Das Personal war ganz besonders aufmerksam. Es waren Luftschlangen dekoriert und es gab eine Flasche Sekt auf Kosten des Hauses. Super toll Organisation. Der Tisch wurde sogar noch umgeräumt, weil ein Hund dazu kam und wir ins Foyer umgezogen sind. Vielen vielen Dank

Hotel bom,bem localizado,com bom estacionamento, mas os travesseiros e o ar condicionado, péssimos. O ar cai no meio da cama, e nao esfria o quarto, tivemos que desligar para dormir,o travisseiro era uma pedra, e nao restaurante ate as 22:00, nunca vi.
