good location, near by tram, subway and bus station! to go to Berlin hbf (main station) only 10 minute by tram/bus. I really enjoy my stay, only front office very dissatisfied, I ask to keep my suitcase for 2-3 hour, he didn't allowed me and he suggested to keep in locker room (in downstairs, no life, and I have to pick my 30kg suitcase by my self) and we need pay 4 euro. next day, with the other staff, I can allow to leave my suitcase in front of lobby.

this hotel is very near to Berlin hbf (main station) only 10 minute by bu/tram, and very strategic (in front of hotel is tram halte and subway station). unfortunately the check in time was 15.00 Pm. I was came early at 12.00 pm. and I can not leave my suitcase in lobby hotel, the suggest me to leave my suitcase in underground room, which they don't have any life to downstairs. I have to pick up my 30kg by my self and I have to pay 4 euro to rent a locker. it's very dissatisfied!!! the man in the front office very sucks! but the other one, who helping me to check in very nice! I reserved 2 kind of room, first day is single and the other day is studio room (with kitchen) the room very nice and I really enjoy my stay, and I can cook, they provide all stuff for cooking! only the one of staff very annoyed (he look's like Arabic)

Awesome hostel. The train is just across the hostel and the tram stop is in front of it. Very secure since you have to use your card wherever you go. They also give a bottle of beer for free. The girl in the receptionist was very accommodating. I asked for a room with at least one girl, she gave me a room with all girls. But, if you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult for you to sleep. Overall I enjoy my stay.
