Die Brötchen sind leider ohne Geschmack und Aufbackware aus der Kühlung, sicher würde es einen Bäcker geben, der frische Brötchen liefern könnte, das Vollkornbrot in Scheiben war schon wellig.....sonst alles weitere am Frühstück i.O. Warum aber in der Dusche das Silikon schwarz verschimmelt ist, das muss es heute nicht mehr geben.

The service call was terrible, i was asking for the wifi code, and he hang up on me! This is not a 4 star hotel should do. Plus the vending machine was broken (Only one machine at 1st floor). The room is ok, but the tub design is not good.

This hotel is old, but remodeled. Room is clean and pretty quiet. But no decent restaurants surrounding in walking distance, only Subway and McDonald's. What you can do is to stay at hotel bar.

Breakfast is good. Room is comfortable but somebody smoke in bathroom (Hotel staff told me that is a non-smoking room), so the smell in bathroom is really bad. Housekeep did a good job except for the bad smell in bathroom. By the way, it is easy to buy something from the super maket nearby hotel but you have to take a long walk to find a restaurant.

Rooms are very clean, Staff super friendly and the parking is super easy at the hotel. The restaurant is unfortunately only open Mo-Fr from 11am till 6pm so for dinner you always need to leave the hotel. The rooms are with thin walls, so you hear everybody in the next room if they not talk in normal voice.

Das war mein erster Aufenthalt im Victor’s Residenz-Hotel, und ich werde dort nicht wieder buchen. Schon in der ersten Nacht funktionierte das Licht im Badezimmer nicht, sodass ich das Zimmer wechseln musste. Im Ersatzzimmer war am nächsten Morgen das Waschbecken verstopft, also hatte ich innerhalb eines Tages zwei Probleme im zwei Bäder. Die Rezeption war freundlich und bot mir ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade sowie einen Gutschein für ein Gratisgetränk an. Da die Bar am angegebenen Datum geschlossen war und ich keinen Alkohol trinke, war der Gutschein für mich faktisch nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstücksangebot war für mich als Veganerin ungeeignet. Das Essen wirkte insgesamt ungesund, und die Brötchen machten keinen frischen Eindruck. Positiv war die ruhige Lage in Unterschleißheim, relativ nah zur S-Bahn und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Für Menschen, die sich gesund ernähren und einen erholsamen, stressfreien Aufenthalt suchen, kann ich dieses Hotel jedoch nicht empfehlen.
