Good hotel and breakfast and panorama room was spacious and well equipped. But we were there in July with 40 degrees outside and some 30+ in the room as there was no AC….which was to some disappointment. Friendly staff.
I would call the next door establishment a water park and not a spa. It’s open for the public and there were hundreds of playful kids and a lot of commotion. Gated parking lot in front of the hotel at a 7EUR fee a day - I am a bit troubled by hotels also taking money for parking.

Klimaanlage hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, die Zimmer waren extrem heiß, im Frühstücksraum / Restaurant war es noch heißer.
Die Therme war extrem überfüllt, es gab für die heißen Tage viel zu wenig Schattenplätze.
Es ist verständlich, dass bei den heißen Temperaturen die Technik auf Hochtouren läuft, jedoch keine Luft im Zimmer zu haben war wirklich fast nicht auszuhalten.
Personal hat es toll gemacht trotz Hitze immer freundlich.
Im Vergleich zu anderen 4-Sterne oder 4-Sterne S definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten leider am Tag unserer Ankunft kompletten Stromausfall und daher war auch bis abends die Therme geschlossen. Allerdings war das Personal überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das erste Zimmer war oberhalb der Thermenlüftung und man konnte daher die Balkontür nicht öffnen wegen dem Lärm. Haben auf Wunsch ein alternatives Zimmer bekommen. Die Therme war sehr schön und nicht überfüllt am Freitag. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Vital Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Spa-, Wellness- und Thermenbereich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, vielseitig und bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Hier konnten wir viele schöne Stunden verbringen.
Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine solide Auswahl. Auch das Essen insgesamt hat uns gefallen, auch wenn es geschmacklich noch etwas Luft nach oben gibt.
Ein kleiner Hinweis für Gäste, die absolute Ruhe suchen: Die Therme wird nicht ausschließlich von Hotelgästen genutzt. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren zeitweise auch externe Besucher und Schulklassen vor Ort. Uns persönlich hat das nicht gestört, aber wer eine vollkommen ruhige Wellness-Oase erwartet, sollte dies wissen.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Besonders für Wellness- und Thermenliebhaber ist es eine klare Empfehlung.

朝食もパーフェクト。言うことはありません。
隣にあるテルメへの入場も滞在中何度でも可能なので、沢山あるサウナを楽しみながらリラックスできます。
ドイツですので男女混浴です。サウナではドイツの厳格なルールがあり、汗を落としてはならないので必ずタオルを敷き、その上に身体を乗せるのがルールです。水着や湯あみ着などは禁止です。すぐつまみ出されるでしょう。
スマホの持ち込みも禁止です。とはいえドイツの人はスマホで読書をしている人もままおりますが、アジア系の人がこれをすると盗撮を疑われつまみ出されかねません。
ちょうどベトナム系の人が揉めているところを目撃しましたので持ち込まない事をオススメします。
混浴に抵抗がある人はオススメできません。テルメに行かないなら正直かなり高いこのホテルに泊まる意味はありません。
私も最初は抵抗がありましたが、不思議と慣れます。自分の価値観を脱ぎ捨てるような感覚が味わえますし、サウナの後に飛び込む裸でのプールは最高です。

Zimmer sind Top, Klima verfehlt etwas ihren Zweck so richtig kühlen tut sie nicht. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Putzkräfte sind sehr gut. Das Hotel Personal könnte den letzten feinschliff bekommen. Etwas Kundenorientierung schadet hier nicht. 360grad Bar ist super schön auch hier das Personal könnte etwas Kundenorientierter sein.

Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from.
