Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces appartements Hôtel situés environ à 10 kilomètres de Ierapétra au bord de la route (pas de problème de bruit). Les chambres ont vue sur mer, avec une petite terrasse où l'on peut prendre ses repas. Chambres propres, ménage fait tous les deux jours, changement des serviettes, cuisine bien équipée, belle piscine (un petit hic, entretien moyen) ; climatisation comprise dans le prix déjà très intéressant. Vivement recommandé pour ne pas être déçu !

angemessene Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 kl. Bad und Wohn-/Essraum; sehr einfach eingerichtete Kitchenette; Balkone zur Süd- und Westseite mit wunderbarem Meerblick (Zimmer 2); gepflegt und sauber, wenngleich nicht mehr ganz modern; sehr sauberer Pool mit bis zu 2,5 m Tiefe; netter Kontakt zu den Betreibern; leider sehr hellhörig bzgl. Trittschall; Uferstraße kaum befahren, nicht störend!

Super accueil de la gérante (très souriante et avenante), appartements avec climatisation dans les chambres mais gratuit, assez grands, vu des balcons sur la mer, petit étendage dehors, salle d'eau cependant un peu petite, mais bon, rapport qualité prix parfait. Je le recommanderai en tout cas.

The rooms are somewhat basic, but there is nothing missing. If anything, that adds to the summer feeling of spending all day at the beach - which is so close - and returning to an uncomplicated room in the evening.
Very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Some things do need a bit of maintenance (example, the toilet flush was leaking, so we had to turn it shut each time etc) but nothing really significant.
I would gladly go back or recommend it to friends who are looking for an easy-going place by the sea.

Cet établissement est idéalement situé pour profiter du calme et le la petite plage qui se trouve à 10 min de marche (accès direct). De par sa position, Achlia est protégé du vent. Une destination à retenir pour passer quelques jours très agréables.

We stayed 2 days in June 2015. There is a very nice beach close to the hotel. Weather was sunny and not to hot and we enjoied swimming in the warm chrystal waters of Libian sea. WiFi was poor. Bed too small for 2 people. Bathroom was very small especially the shower space.

Notre séjour a été agréable. Nous avons passé une semaine à l'hôtel. La vue sur la mer est très agréable (demander plutôt une chambre en hauteur pour pouvoir en profiter). La piscine est appréciable en début ou fin de journée pour se détendre. Petit bémol concernant la douche : premiers jours eau froide et rideau de douche très peu pratique. A noter également que l'hôtel ne se situe pas à Iérapetra même mais à Achila, petit village à 20min en voiture de Ierapetra.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Meerblick, da es am Hang liegt, alllerdings sind damit auch etliche Stufen bis zu den Zimmern zu bewältigen, die mit Koffer erschwerlich sein können. Die Managerin Maria ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer war einfach und groß, allerdings auch schon älter. Die Ausstattung der Küche ermöglicht eine Selbstversorgung. Die Gäste waren zu der Zeit Griechen und Russen. Über die allgemeine Verteilung der geographischen Ursprünge der Gäste und die wirkliche Auslastung lässt sich nichts sagen. Doch das Hotel war zu der Zeit sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es hat eine Bushaltestelle vorm Haus, doch ist aufgrund der Dorflage ein Mietwagen dringend anzuraten. Der örtliche Strand über der Straße ist eine schöne Kieselbucht mit glasklarem Wasser und einheimischen Gästen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit traumhaften Blick auf die Libysche See. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen/Pool. Appartments großzügig dimensioniert, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, kombinierte Mikrowelle/ Dreiplattenherd, Geschirr, Gläser usw. Direkt in der Nähe befindet (500 m) befinden sich 2 Restaurants nähe Strand, Auto sehr empfehlenswert wenn man gerne etwas mehr sehen oder einkaufen will (Supermarkt ca. 5 km). Im Haus Getränkeausschank jedoch keine Essmöglichkeit. Die Zimmer liegen ca. 50 Meter oberhalb der Küstenstrasse, jedoch keinerlei Geräuschbelästigung. Zimmer werden jeden 2. Tag gereinigt mit Handtuchwechsel.
Die Anlage ist für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung eher nicht geeignet, da am Hang gebaut.
In der Vorsaison sehr geringe Auslastung und sehr günstige Unterkunftspreise.
