Ios 阿洛尼

We had a great stay for one night in Ios - wish we were there for longer! The bus dropped us right by the stop mentioned by the host and this was walkable to the property (about 10 mins). It was lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the host was very prompt at arriving to give us the keys.

Welcome email was contradicting , we were told one thing and followed the instructions then felt ridiculed when we arrived to meet the contact person to get the key and be taken to the unit. We were told that we were lucky he was available even though the instructions said to meet him and I called to say when we were arriving . There was no shuttle from the ferry port like the hotels.com listing said l, also water was not availed in unit like listing said . We had to ask for extra toilet paper as we are a family of 5. The unit has had some updates but the electrical could use some in the kitchen , I had to unplug the fridge to plug in the stovetop because the extension cord wasn’t long enough . A suggestion would be to provide a coffee maker in the unit , as it is a good 15-18 minute walk to the nearest cafe. There is much confusion around the name of the Aloni Ios , apparently it also goes by the Spiti. Lastly we saw the contact person dropping off guests from a different complex on our same street ( I suspect the people manage a few different complexes ) at the port when we were told no pickup / drop offs and the listing reads . Overall, our stay was okay , but the communication and guest appreciation gave us a feeling like we were a burden and not appreciated guests. My suggestions would be to have the listing updated and remove any and all things not applicable to the property, and to treat customers like guests not that they are inconveniencing you.

Purtroppo non ho effettuato una scelta oculata con questa struttura. Il solo entrare in possesso della chiave è stata un'avventura. La dimora è trasandata, data in locazione in maniera spregiudicata, preparatevi ad avere come vicini individui singolari. La veranda ha come copertura dei pannelli in simil plastica che magnificano il calore dei raggi solari. Il parcheggio per cui avete pagato viene arbitrariamente preso dagli "ospiti" di cui prima. L'anarchia, gli insetti e la polvere regnano incontrastati.
