Amada Colossos 度假村

Très bon séjour. Ai eu droit à un gâteau livré dans notre chambre pour mon anniversaire. Beaucoup de monde au restaurant mais bien géré. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l’île.

The rooms are to small, the food had no seasoning nor taste. There was no turn down service. Most staff didn’t know English and over all value not worth the money I paid to stay there. Would I recommend this hotel to my colleagues friends or family NO!

Hotel was very nice and friendly staff. Food was pretty good for a buffet. The aircon was limited to 22 degrees and every time you opened your back or front door it reset itself to 24 degrees. We left the aircon on when we was by the pool and the cleaners left the balcony door cracked open every day so the aircon wouldn't be running (they must get told to do this to save energy) so it was a struggle to cool down in 35+ degree heat

Lovely hotel and facilities. Felt as though not much happening in Faliraki, so this was a slight downfall

Excellent in every way. Variety and quality of the food was as good as I have experienced. Modern and clean, room immaculate and the service by all staff superb.

Great location by the sea, good resort with lots of activities for all ages. We barely left the hotel area.

Huone oli siisti. Henkilökunnan asiakaspalvelussa isosti parantamisen varaa. Hotelli älyttömän meluisa ja bileitä joka ilta myöhään iltaan saakka joka näinollen ei mahdollista lepoa ja rauhaa heille jotka sitä haluavat. En missään nimessä suosittele hotellia aikuisille jotka arvostavat rauhaa. Olimme varsin pettyneitä siihen ettei hotellia varatessa käynyt ilmi olematon äänieristys ja jokailtaiset festarit hotellin ulkotiloissa joista äänet kantautuu huoneisiin vähän turhankin hyvin.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, super nett. Zimmer sehr sauber und modern, top Klimaanlage (bin eigtl. kein Freund davon). Unbedingt bei Rami am Pool einen Schnupper Tauchkurs im Meer buchen. Frühstück auch Bombe. All Inclusive braucht man nicht wirklich, zu viel Essen. Macht lieber Daytrips mit einem Mietwagen ;) Grüße aus Frankfurt.

very bad hotel definitley is not for family and surly not 5 stars for several reasons first: the kids club has broken and limited toys, kids could be hurt second: there is no swimming pool for small kids . third: the first day we came the smell was very bad in the reception and non bearable fourth: the food is medium, the chicken taste very bad and cant be chewd it was very rough, there are no wide selection of salads,. fifth: the room is very small , we were four people in same room we could barely move sixth: some of the staff were not helpful. seventh: if you have twin stroller u cant use the elevetor since it is narrowed and small, double stroller cant get in.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the Amada Colossos Resort which is approx 25 minutes from the airport. The resort was very clean and COVID secure. They have a great entertainment team, at present they offer entertainment 6 days a week with Tuesday off. I'd highly recommend travelling into Faliraki and Rhodes New & Old town. There's a great waterpark on site, with 4 slides and a lazy river as well as a children's play area. For an all inclusive resort the food is amazing, we didn't have any compliants regarding the food. They also have 3 restaurants within the resort, you can book these with a lady on reception. The room was cleaned each day and our bed was made. I would suggest to management adding a full length mirror to the rooms. Our balcony was very private and peaceful. A man called Richie runs a water sport hut right next to the private beach, reasonably priced too. To the left of the hotel, approx. a 2 minute walk, is a Taxi bay. The Taxi's are well priced and usually 3+ cars there at all times. The only aspects I can fault are the elevators, there are only 3, one wasn't working for part of our stay. They can fit 4-6 people in comfortably but with COVID people often don't tend to share the lift. We found that the staff weren't overly friendly compared to other resorts we've stayed in. At previous resorts we've built relationships with the staff however, we didn't experience this at the Amada. Day drinks are in paper cups, queues to get drinks are long and slow.

Typical family all inclusive hotel. Rooms are clean & comfortable, good pool and on the beach. One negative to note is that the toilet in the room is open plan with a glass door and no lock. The same for some toilets around the complex. Hotel is a bit isolated and can become very repetitive. Recommend combining with a further stay at a different hotel in Rhodes town where there’s a lot more to do and see.

I booked two rooms at the Amada Colossos Resort for our 5 day vacation, and we absolutely loved it ! Why? So many reasons ! Modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a stunning view of the sea.....and the pools, WOW ! they are awesome and so large so we didn't feel overcrowded (which is a big plus during corona time). There are also 3 Snack bars around the pools, serving pasta, pizza, french fries, ice cream, drinks, and a wonderful (free) water park. In addition, the beach is very clean and tidy, and I even had a great massage at their SPA. Another positive point is the service. The stuff were so friendly and helpful, working above and beyond to ensure that we are having a great stay. In terms of addressing COVID19 - The rooms were sanitized, hand sanitizer were available to the guests, and the stuff wore face masks all the time. In conclusion, it was with no doubt one of the best hotels we have ever been in Greece, so don't think twice, just hurry up and book it ! Dieses Hotel hat bei mir einen doppelten Eindruck gelassen. Ich möchte mit den positiven Sachen anfangen. Hotel ist modernisiert, mit dem großen und gepflegten Pool, jeden Tag kann man die Strandlaken tauschen. Die Sauberkeit ist auf dem höchsten Niveau. Essen war lecker und absolut ausreichend. Besonders gut war asiatisches Abendessen. Personal ist nett und freundlich (außer Reception), die Leute geben Ihr bestes und versuchen, während der Pandemie die maximal komfortable Aufenthalt den Gästen zu gewähren. Hotel ist extrem kinderfreundlich. Man kann problemlos Kinder beschäftigen: Kinderzimmer, Aquapark, Kinderkino und Kinderanimation sind vorhanden. Zu den negativen möchte ich folgende Sachen zählen: - 5 Sterne ist zu viel. Das Hotel entspricht starken 4 Sternen; - Check-In war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe aus Versehen eine falsche Verpflegung gebucht und möchte ein Upgrade machen. Hotel hat mir einen doppelten Preis im Vergleich zu Expedia angeboten. Manager wusste, dass ich wegen Corona-Beschränkungen keine Alternative hatte. Support von Expedia war absolut miserable. - Die langen Warteschlangen im Restaurant. Personal hat überall gefehlt; - Strandzustand entspricht nicht dem 5 Sterne Hotel. Strand war nicht richtig sauber gemacht; - Baden ist auch eine Herausforderung. Im Wasser liegen riesige Steine, die eine Verletzungsgefahr bilden. Man kann problemlos Bein brechen oder Zehen um Muschel schneiden;

L’hôtel est très beau mais n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le ménage dans la chambre n’a jamais été fait sur tout notre séjour. La nourriture est très simple et peu varié. Lorsque vous pensez réserver un hôtel All In sur hôtels.com (parce que rien n’indique le type de pension) vous vous retrouvez avec uniquement le petit-déjeuner. Très mauvaise communication entre l’hôtel - le site internet et le client!! Hôtel à la chaîne. Aucun accessoire dans la chambre (du gobelet pour vous servir un thé dans la chambre ???) venant d’un hôtel 5 étoiles je le répète. Ensuite nous avons un jour voulu faire un massage. Il était 18h, le massage durait 30 min. Les esthéticiennes nous ont refusés en disant qu’elles fermaient à 19h. Dans un hôtel en pleine crise covid, on refuse des clients ?? C’est que les affaires vont biens.... Je n’y retournais plus jamais. Et c’est dommage parce que le cadre est très beau.

The staff made the stay.. Every member was amazing and under the restrictive circumstances made me feel welcome and safe. Large hotel, but only half full so plenty of safe. Lots of areas shut due to Corona, gym etc.... Food was amazing, especially the desserts

It was very clean and contemporary and the room was very nice, service was ok, however the food was poor and the hotel lacked ambience.
